Quite a good place at the waterfront. Outside tables are very nice, as area is quiet and you can enjoy river and sun (if you are lucky). Food is usual, but quite good, tiramisu is excellent.

Very nice restaurant on the riverbank, small but very nice menu. Close to public transport and water taxi. Very friendly staff, good price/quality. In the summer season a huge terrace on the riverside.

We, family of 3 w/ 7 yrs old daughter, visited for a Rotterdampas special on a rainy Friday October evening.
Inside, the restaurant feels warm and has a very cosy atmosphere. Service is great, you’re greeted enthusiastically when entering and guided to your table. A small, but varied menu provides something nice to eat for all, including a kids menu for the little ones.
Concluded our evening with the Lithuanian Tinginys and Calvé Peanut Butter Cheese Cake, both desserts were so tasty!

Every dish we ordered was excellent and the food presentation was beyond expectations. The colors of each dish were artful. Our server was terrific. He helped us choose by describing his favorite dining options and he shared with us the recipe for their homemade mango hot sauce. The setting along the river was lovely and calming on a summer evening. We went inside the restaurant to pay our bill and it was lovely and tasteful. I would dine here often if I lived in Rotterdam.

Well, this was a surprise. A last minute, try something new, kind of decision led us to a family lunch at Maas. The restaurant has a great outdoor seating area but on this windy day we were inside. We had a great experience, staff was polite but casual, and the menu was very diverse with a little something for everyone and quite a lot of dishes with a clever veggie-meat or veggie-fish surprise. Of course a pecan brownie a la mode at the end never hurts. Def go back here!!
