The food did not disappoint. I was at the shop getting my hair done and my beautician kept raving about this soul food restaurant called Crenshaw’s. After getting my hair done, I was hungry and I wasn’t too far from the restaurant so, I stopped in. I was greeted with a warm and friendly lingo that made you feel like family. I got the shrimp Philly and I got my husband a Perch dinner, which was well seasoned and fulfilling. I will definitely be going back.

I’ve never had a bad meal from here, and I order almost every week. They did side dishes for my family reunion and EVERYONE LOVED them. Upon placing the order Mary was very patient, fun and professional at the same time. Delivery was on point as well! 10/10

We ordered some wings, mac, yams & greens and EVERYTHING was terrible! The chicken tastes like they didn’t change the grease since yesterday. The sides were decent, but definitely could’ve been better for soul food. The food looked NOTHING like what they promote on IG. Never again, and was a waste of money. I hope we don’t get sick!

Food was really, really good. I can’t believe I just found out about this place. We got a soul bowl and turkey chop dinner. I had the soul bowl with fried orange roughy Mac & cheese and yams. Fish was cooked to perfection. I mean perfect!!! Everything tasted so good and well seasoned. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 on the food was because my yams were not cooked all the way through. I still ate every drop though lol. Next time I’ll add some greens to my soul bowl. He had Fried turkey chops, yams, and mac & cheese. 7 outta 10 for him. I really enjoyed coming home from a long day to this great comfort food.

Everything from the food, service and atmosphere is amazing! The food consistently hits every single time! Hands down the best place to grab you some seafood, soul food and home styled cooking in the area! My favorite dish so far is the fried Catfish paired with Yams and Mac N Cheese, you can mix and match the side dishes and they’ll still be a hit! They have a lemon pound cake thats worth every gym cheat day! Lastly the owners treat you like family, thank you cousins! (We’re not related but that’s how they treat you!)

They don’t answer the phone you can call a hour before the closing time no answer and it say last order is a hour before but they don’t answer than you get there and they don’t take you order that’s why you can support your people food is very good tho they just don’t answer the phone

The food was so good I’m actually leaving a review. I was so hungry this last Saturday that I didn’t even say hi when walking in and the girl behind the counter still treated me with respect. The food was amazing. An entire thing of corn bread under all my food was the best surprise I didnt know I needed. Those catfish bites had me down on one knee begging for marriage. Keep up the good work.

Very slow is going to be about an hour wait so order in advance. The food is very salty so if you have high blood pressure, this is not the place for you. The macaroni was very runny and garlic endorsed. The yams were pretty good. The salmon bites were nasty, very dirty greasy tasting Kids meal came with about 15 fries . It’s a no Crenshaw catfish is not real it’s Swai very mushy. The young lady makes a comment. It says this is not fast food restaurant, but it also doesn’t have to be slow it’s 6 plp come up with a system too slow and for what I ordered should have not taking that long $60 dollars I could have saved .
