We have not gone to Pizza Hut for years but decided to give it a try again. We tried the New York style pizza that folds. We ordered extra cheese on it as well. It was burnt to a crisp with almost no cheese. We had one slice and threw it away. We could not even fold it. This was the worst pizza we have ever had and it was a reminder of why we stop going to Pizza Hut. We left a 20% tip for a carryout. I know it’s a chain, but I expect at least edible quality,

Y’all might as well stop serving pasta if this is the best you’re willing to do. I rarely order pizza hut anymore, and this is why. It is expensive, inconsistent, and just ridiculous. I got a big dinner box. This is the pasta that I paid $2 extra for. They didn’t even pretend to fill the container. Not even half full. Just close the whole store already.

Service was great. Pan pizza was horrid. I ordered expecting the crispy, greasy, delicious crust of my childhood……… I received a milk toast doughy crust that tasted worse than the cheapest frozen pizza at Wally world. I couldn’t believe it, but apparently Pizza Hut completely changed the pan pizza a handful of years ago. SHAME! I now hate Pizza Hut. Never again…..

I don’t really like to give bad reviews since I own a business and I know how difficult is to deal with that, but unfortunately this is not the first time they messed up my order in this location and evidently I’m not the only one not happy, but it seems like this manager doesn’t even try to encourage his employees for a better customer service, and maybe keep writing bad reviews it will eventually get his attention. I payed $3.99 for 2 “side order of fries” , that big box they put them in looked so silly with the amount of fries that was in it, I could count them (about 15 fries) I could buy a $1 fries at MD and I bet I will get twice as much (I got 2 orders and they were the same amount on each one) this people need to take pride of what they’re doing and understand how aggravated is to pick up your order and you can’t wait to get home and eat with your family and find out that they did such of poor job on your food, they almost making it seem like your money is not worth for crap, they need some training asap.

Asked for it to be well done with extra sauce. There is no brown on the crust Or on the bottom. I have to put it in my own oven just to see a little brown. This location has been slacking recently. The last time I ordered toppings were missing, this time My pizza is off-white.
