Placed order at 8:38 Pm and its almost an hour later and still wating when I was told order would be ready in 20 minutes. Staff ignored me when I got off my car, I had to approach them and they didn’t even apologize for taking long or thanked me for my business. I love jaripeo food but this was a horrible experience.

I always order from this place
Last time I called in an order of one parrillada for 2 people and asked the lady to please make sure the food was very well cooked as it’s always a bit undercooked or barely cooked
She reassured me it would be cooked well
Picked up the food and we were all eating and that’s when we noticed THIS
The chicken was not only undercooked but it was RAW we had already eaten, all of us !! I called the lady back and she apologized saying she had a lot of orders and didn’t check the food!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE we all were sick for days after !! The entire plate was contaminated which is why it made me even angrier when she offered to give me another piece of chicken or half a pound of chicken for their mistake !! We had already eaten food that was mixed in with raw chicken and that’s all she could offer !!!! I will be reporting them to the health inspector!!!

Great place for some tacos, Burgers and Carne Asada, amongst many other items. Everything is delicious, but if it’s street tacos you are looking for, don’t just get the regular order of tacos. Get the order of Reynosa Tacos!!!! These tacos are on a whole other level.

I like the food from here but 9 times out of 10 they have listening problems and they’re going to give you your order wrong, I ordered piratitas they gave me regular tacos charged me full price and when I went back all they did was give me cheese and avocado in a cup told me they would need to charge me the difference if I wanted them made right. ️

First time visiting the place. They had an option to dine in or order from the convenience of your car. We ordered the papa loca. After a long drive, this certainly hit the spot. The portion was more than enough for two people. The cheesiness, the chips, and the salsa they put on the side were perfect combination. I would definitely drive back. Worth it!
