I called Jack in the Box because I ordered a plain hamburger with only the meat and bun, but instead I was given a cheeseburger, which is not what I asked for. I contacted the store as soon as I noticed the mistake to see if they could remake the order correctly. I was polite and simply wanted the issue fixed.
Unfortunately, I was told I would need to bring the incorrect hamburger back to the store. At the time, I was not home and could not return because I had already dropped the food off and was busy dealing with my dog’s broken leg. This was an unexpected and stressful situation, and returning to the store was not possible for me. When I explained this, the employee I spoke with responded with attitude and disrespect. Instead of showing understanding or offering an alternative solution, she spoke to me in a dismissive way, which made the situation even more frustrating. I felt like my concern was not taken seriously, even though the mistake was not mine. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Mistakes happen, but customer service should be understanding and respectful, especially when a customer explains their situation calmly. I expected better treatment and a more helpful response, and this experience has made me unhappy with the service I received.

That customer service in general is poor is nothing new, but there’s a woman who works at this store who might be the manager. The way she treated me just for asking the bathroom code number—if the owner is serious, she’d be fired.

Literally just went through the drive through and we’re the only ones in line so idk why this happened. No bacon on my double bacon burger at all. It was sloppily put in there and half fallen apart. The lady on the phone said the cook “put bacon on there”. We didn’t get curly fries when we ordered curly fries and then were told over the phone that they took it down as regular fries so there’s “nothing they can do”. Ridiculous. If there was a line I could understand but there wasn’t. Going to be contacting corporate because I felt they were being very rude on the phone, especially lying about putting bacon on when there clearly was no effort put into this burger at all, let alone bacon.

Continuous Rude workers, no actually customer service or qualified workers at this store. Please give jobs to people who deserve a job. And don’t upsize anything because you won’t get what you paid for. Waited for my food in the stall like they asked and still got cold fries that were half ways filled. Ridiculous. Spent over $39 and I felt like I didn’t get what I paid for.

I order the jumbo platter all the time. It’s 4:27am and I drove out of my way for this location. Not only was it super greasy, this is the smallest amount of eggs I have ever received. I feel robbed and because it was my lunch. I can’t go back and I live in Fresno. Such a waste of time and money.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. The staff was courteous and efficient, ensuring I had everything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious—the chicken fajita pita had a perfectly grilled patty, the fries were crispy without being greasy, and the milkshake was rich and creamy. The atmosphere was relaxed, with a nice seating arrangement and a clean environment. Highly recommend!

A few days ago, my boyfriend used his card here late at night (9/20/24), and now his card information has been stolen. If you’ve visited recently, please check your bank account right away. We attempted to speak with the manager but couldn’t reach her. An employee indicated that others have experienced similar issues. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

Being that I’m so close to Jack in The box I come here more often than I should lol I hope I don’t get any workers in trouble by posting this but there is a girl in there who’s AWESOME AND DESERVES A SHOUT OUT.
