I was so looking forward to a banana split blizzard. Unfortunately, the strawberries and pineapple were fermenting and tasted pretty horrible. We had gone through the drive thru and it wasnt eaten until we got home. Not worth the drive back although it was expensive. I was greatly disappointed. I guess try all the food before you leave?

Ordered our food payed $18.00 for 2 single burger combos without cheese, sat at our table waited the cook brought us one meal and said was there 2 meals and that she said she read the order wrong. We waited about ten min mom was almost done before I got mine then when she finally brought it she told us they ran out of hamburger meat, at 11:45 in the morning how does that happen there were no customers in there. P.S. you were also out of paper towels in the girls bathroom. I should call the news station that has Restaurant cops. I just mit get it together DQ. Will never go back there.

It was apparent that the store appeared to be short staffed, but at the time that I was there there were only two cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. The drive thru employee (appeared to be a manager based on the clothing) was an older white female. She wasn’t rude, but she appeared to be overwhelmed or frustrated. She didn’t greet me, but she had my son’s ice cream sundae prepared. I asked for a lid to cover his sundae considering we had a ride home and he’s 4 years old. She appeared to have had an attitude because of my request- she removed the spoon from the sundae and discarded it. Then, she grabbed a lid to cover the sundae, which was already dripping, and she grabbed a spoon with her bare hands and hand it to me with the handle end towards me. I overlooked it considering I had more spoons in my car. Then, she disappeared to go make my son’s burger. I watched her make the food without any gloves, AFTER TOUCHING MY CARD AND HANDLING OTHER’S MONEY, CARDS, and ORDERS. It appeared as if she warmed up the patty and cheese, which obviously isn’t fresh. At approximately 20:02, a younger white female employee, was scratching her lower back/top buttock while walking from the ice cream machines to the front register. She had just made ice cream treats for other guests. I do understand the frustration that comes with being short staffed and have experienced it first hand as an employee, but the filth and unsanitary behaviors are very concerning and doesn’t appear to have anything to do with being short staffed.

Sorry hot I haver eaten. Chili state like is was way out of date. It was like putting rocks in your mouth. Threw it away after first bite. I wouldn’t feed that to a dog. Nasty. Won’t ever go back.

For a fast food restaurant, it’s a good choice. The food is good and the staff are nice. Of course the ice cream options are the star, but the burgers and chicken tenders are also a good choice. Any time I’ve gone inside it’s been very clean and I’m always surprised at how calm and relatively quiet it is considering it’s a fast food place. I highly recommend it for a quick bite and a delicious dessert.

Every table was dirty, fries were cold after food was finally brought out. Needed a refund because we were charged for an extra onion ring. Whoever came behind the counter dressed in a tank top and shorts gave my husband a refund. Might want to watch the cameras from about 12:45 pm to 1:20. The funny thing is, we were here last night we went through drive thru and got 2 dipped cones and they were amazing and so were the staff. You need to definitely check out this day crew.

Ok so i loved my blizzard as always and i was enjoying my time in the lobby with my friends and as we are walking out the door because we are reasonable people and leave before a place closes( they close at 10:30) we were walking out at 10:20 and as we were, the short dark haired girl was being a brat and said “the lobby is closed” like sweetie go do your job instead of being a jerk. P. S. Dont whip out your phone as a am standing at the register ready to order to text a giant paragraph to someone and completely ignore me and not acknowledge me. Anddd maybe do your closing job instead of walking around on your phone after you force us to get out. Thabksss ALSO they were out of reeces for my reeces blizzard not mad about that but it sucked.

Went inside to eat and no one was at the counter. We waited for a while and FINALLY another employee called to the back for someone to come to the front. No one did, we left and came to Five Guys where our order was taken as soon as we entered.
