I’m not sure if there’s a milkshake training course, but this team might need a refresher. I’ve never received milkshakes that were overflowing down the sides with the lids not fully secured and barely any whipped cream on top. They started spilling before we even made it onto the road. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review until damn near the whole team acted like I shot their dog because they were asked to do their jobs. I do want to recognize our carhop, Abbie. She was fantastic, polite, hardworking, and clearly giving 110%. She handled the situation as best she could. She deserves recognition for her effort. Unfortunately, one great employee couldn’t make up for the lack of…well everything!

I had ordered food in the app, Isabella brought my food out but didn’t have the drink, she told me to have a great day and I asked where my slush was. She then informed me they had a boil notice and couldn’t make it but could give me something else. Since there was a boil notice, they couldn’t give me a different drink so I requested a refund. I was annoyed she was not planning to tell me this, and I assume was just hoping I would leave without asking. The manager couldn’t do the refund, so she told me to call a number and they would refund my money. When I called that number they offered me a coupon worth $2.50, which I will not be using because I don’t plan to return to a Sonic location after this. I requested to speak to the manager, but he was too busy to speak with a customer and correct the issue. I attempted to call the location’s number but the number does not work. I’m very displeased with this situation, as the Route 44 slush was more than the $2.50 they offered as a coupon for a snack…. Which isn’t even what was missing from my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this sonic location, but it was definitely the most unprofessional and the manager and workers need to be trained in customer service.

They have a toilet but they say we don’t have one. It’s just locked. No decency to just say it’s out of order. I am standing in front of the toilet and asked if it’s locked, the lady said we don’t have a toilet. I was like, did you hear me? And she repeaded the same, sir we don’t have a toilet. The service was crap and then food not so good.

I just bought a blast from the St. James Sonic and the ice cream was sour and felt like it was fizzing on my tongue. I’m not trying to be mean cause I do like sonic food. But this time made me wonder how they are cleaning their machines.

Could be more of a corporate issue but I ordered a frito burrito and a bacon Philly sandwich. It’s gas station quality. $9 for this? Give me a break. I took one bite of the burrito and threw it in the trash. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the gal that brought it out was seemingly nice.

IT SUCKED! Ordered the new sandwich
Grilled Cheese steak & bacon… It hardly had anything on it, steak or bacon. I added a photo so everyone can see! Went home, put an egg on it, it didn’t make it any better! I took the egg off & just ate the egg, fed the rest to our dogs! EVERY TIME I go to SONIC, something is WRONG! MOSTLY COLD FOOD, especially the Jalapeno Poppers, ALWAYS COLD! THE DRINKS ARE THE ONLY THING I THINK IS GOOD! Gotta stop WASTING my money!

Every time I go to this sonic they mess up my order. Literally pay extra for cherries in my drink just the other day and I never got them. Had zesty fries with the same order, no zesty sauce. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they never put in the marinara( Literally every time). I add extra marinara thinking maybe they will at least give me the extra one, but no. Do they not read the order. Are they not trained to read a ticket and put what is on the ticket in the bag? Do they not check the order to ensure accuracy? I could reach out to management and get it fixed if I drive back wasting my gas, but what is the point. Fixing one order doesn’t fix the problem. Who has the time to go back for what should have been included everytime you order. I have 15+ years in food service, seems to me the management isn’t doing their job.If you do anything specific ie light ice, no ketchup so on, it will be made how it is listed on the menu. Not how you ordered it. I shouldn’t have to do their job and check the bag to make sure it’s right. This is just ridiculous.
