I love tacos. I eat tacos everywhere I go. I grew up near Chicago, working in kitchens, and traveling to Mexico whenever I could. El Chapó does an exquisite job and is one of the best if not the best in the valley. I will continue to go back. The asada, the birria and the cabeza are all top notch and prepared by an adept crew with extrema care and respect for tradition.

Excellent! Authentic and delicious. Friendly. They run a clean, well kept establishment. We tried one of each taco plus one Chorreada. Everything was tasty! Tented outside dining.

Amazing. The consume might be the best I’ve had in the valley, and the birria and asada and salsas were all fantastic. Definitely would recommend, and doesn’t break the bank for a delicious lunch.

Tasty Mexican food Truck although the menu is pretty limited. Tacos and quesadillas. They offer several salsas and garnishments. Tented dine there option. Prices are average to a little high.

So the food was good but very plain and over priced. And there’s a takeout tax I guess. Menu price for asada tacos is $3.50 but for some reason I was charged $8 for 2 tacos.(take-away tax?)

I’m a huge fan of “street tacos”. I’ve tried all sorts of trucks and restaurants around the Valley. I would have to say that El Chapo by far has the best tacos de cabeza and menudo. The tacos are savory, juicy, and gelatinous. I could eat the menudo every weekend. Absolutely incredible.

The visuals are promising of the environment but the prices aren’t listed for a $4 taco with single tortilla and not generous with toppings or meat the tacos are severely overpriced for the quality of product and portion highly dissapointed because I was excited to try there food you can find much better options at other food trucks
