I normally come here four days a week sometimes five twice a day and I’ve only had two issues one was this morning. They were so busy I didn’t want to interrupt them, but I got three small frozen coffees and they weren’t even filled and they were very soupy. They were not frozen. They were soupy and that’s not what I paid for. I think it’s just certain people that work there don’t know how to do certain customers drinks like I went there one afternoon and the entire crew was extremely rude. I haven’t seen that crew since that day. The ladies in the young man I deal with are always very happy, smiling very welcoming and love talking to people, but yeah, unfortunately my drinks were not up to par like they normally are on a daily basis with them.

Avoid this Baskin-Robbins/ Dunkin Donuts at all costs. I ordered a cake for my hubby’s birthday 3 days in advance. It was supposed to be ready at noon, I got a phone call at 2pm (as I pulled into the parking lot) to not come until 3pm as it wasn’t ready yet… fine, not a big deal. I came at 4pm, not only was it clearly melted, but they also tried to give it to me like it’s perfectly fine. My first and last time there. How they’re in business is beyond me. Also, the workers there gave me the manager’s phone number, I called her and she kept giving me excuses that she runs around several of the stores and couldn’t get my cake on time and that she had just made my cake and she tried to persuade me that my ice cream cake is not melted because she had just made it… as I was staring at it absolutely melted. The audacity of actually giving it to me with a straight face is next level. ♀️

I purchased some doughnuts this morning. After arriving at work, I opened the bag and the doughnuts were extremely hard.
Bad enough that applying slight pressure with my fingers made it completely fall apart. I will not return to this location.
$8 for a coffee and two doughnuts, the doughnuts should be fresh every morning.

Passed by with my kids this morning for coffee and donuts… we were not looking for something fancy or special … most of the items we were looking for were sold out … my Donut tasted OK but the coffee was way below my expectations… my son took boston creme donut and he couldn’t eat it and ended up in the dumpster… not a pleasant experience

This place is always a hit or miss with their coffee, I got coffee for me and my family spending almost $50 on very SIMPLE coffees and every single one of them tasted like a burnt coffee pot and very watered down. This is why I don’t usually come to this location.

Prices here are noticeably lower than other Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to in the area and even in other states. The staff was amazing — friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ spots I’ve visited!

Fast service. Good food. Incorrect change. Sort a dollar. I let it slide. But it’s the point. Those behind counter and not entering how much $ they were given into register, $ of order and then having it calculate change. They’re (trying) to do it in their head and can’t do the math correctly. Even losing the dollar price of what I ordered was reasonable.
