I ordered my breakfast and paid for it. Waited about two minutes. When one of the ladies looked up and saw that I was still waiting, she promptly asked me what I was waiting for.. So I had to remind them of the order that was still on the screen. I had already received my coffee and I guess they thought that was it. I’m all fine with waiting but to get the order right when it’s written on the receipt as well as the screen is beyond me. The only reason I know this is because I was able to read their screen from where I was standing. I thought they got the order right because it was right on my receipt and the small screen that showed the employees what I had. But unbeknownst to me when I got to my location and started eating I noticed that it didn’t have the egg that I paid for. So I took a picture of it as well as my receipt. In this day and age, it’s hard to make the money that I make and spend it on something I don’t get. Please do better.

Hard to find off the freeway but found it. No drive thru, and quite busy. It’s taken me almost 15min to get a cup of coffee.

We stopped on our way home from a cruise and needed to stop for a quick bite and quick pit stop. I went to the bathroom first and opened the unlocked women’s bathroom stall, and there was a worker in there texting in the corner. I was stunned and let go of the door, and the worker closed and locked the door. I went back and put my order in with my stepmom and friend – the cashier was impatient with our order according to my stepmom even though there was no one behind us. I went back to the restroom and knocked, and the worker left shortly after. I don’t know if she was having a family emergency or what not, but I felt like an inconvenience as the customer. My sausage egg and cheese croissant tasted great and so did my lemonade refresher. It was just the overall atmosphere and feeling of being an inconvenience.

By FAR the worst Dunkin I’ve been to.
The lady at the counter who took our order was so rude and made us feel like we were a bother while ordering. We ordered 6 donuts and as we started telling her what flavors to grab she cut us off and said “ah ah ah don’t tell me the flavors” and gave us our total. Once we had paid she allowed us to pick which donuts we wanted and when I tried to order a coffee roll for the box (which is an upcharge and I know this) she responded with “not in this box” and looked at me like I was dumb.If she hadn’t shushed us when we were ordering the donuts originally we could have picked the coffee roll and paid for it but instead she made the whole transaction about how quickly we can get out of there and leave her alone. 0/10

Truly the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. The black man working the register was interrupting me to rush me through ordering and staff was also yelling at other customers to move out of the way. Never will I EVER go to this location again. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid having to encounter such horrible service ever again.

Service is nice and helpful. The girl with the tied hair even made a compliment to the lady’s bag next to me. Unfortunately the lady was not so nice and did notice the server compliment. I exited from I 95 south and there was no sign stating the distance to the shop. It would be helpful to add such a sign. The order was done pretty quickly and the servers are lovely and patient.

Despite placing a custom order, it appears that no one took the time to read and fulfill my simple request. Specifically, I asked for no yellow American cheese, which could have been due to a serious food allergy. Unfortunately, my order was prepared incorrectly, and I was forced to discard the sandwich. This oversight is alarming and highlights a concerning lack of attention to detail.

This place is and forever disgusting! The “ District manager “ Novita knows absolutely nothing and they hire anyone to be store manager. They slave their employees only working $10-$12hr 50-60 hrs a week but don’t pay them the right amount for the hours worked. Cheap and ridiculous. Multiple employees had COVID & was still allowed to work WITHOUT A MASK . Oh and if you love eating & drinking the coffee there DON’T . You’re bound to get sick
