We ordered online ahead of time and went to eat in the dining room at the restaurant. The manager and staff at this location are always so efficient and friendly so for a fast service type of food it’s refreshing to have good service. Tonight I ordered the Bourbon Chicken and my partner ordered the Garlic Chicken. I typically get the Firecracker Chicken but wanted to try something new. I’ll probably go back to Firecracker next time though because the Bourbon Chicken, while good, doesn’t have any spice. Entrees come with a nice portion of rice or chow mein. There is plenty of parking nearby as well.

I hadn’t been to Pick Up Stix in a while, so I ordered the house chicken with veggies and steamed rice. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t as good as I remembered. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. Overall a great experience.

I frequently go to this location because I order on the app and it’s by my office so super convenient. Haven’t had a problem ever until today. The guy that was working the register handed me my to go order. He picked up my empty cup, placing his fingers inside the cup. I politely asked if he could get me another cup and not touch the inside of my cup. He looked at me, rubbed his entire hand inside my cup and went to hand it to me- when I looked at him confused, he said “oh you want a new one”? I was completely shocked at the sarcasm and lack of professionalism. They lost a regular customer because if this guy does something like that in front of a customer, I can’t imagine what he would do when no one is around. Pretty sure it would be common sense that after touching money at the register, you shouldn’t put your fingers inside someone’s cup. Plenty of other places to eat in that shopping center.

I’m in town on business staying at a hotel close by. Same Pick Up Stix I knew as a kid. The entrees were large and filling. Better than a panda express for sure. I don’t know if it was a mistake or if it’s the policy for delivery (Door dash) but I was not given cutlery, chopsticks, or napkins with my $50 order. Had to go and ask my hotel front desk for some forks and knives so that was kinda a disappointment. Would recommend with caution that you may not get cutlery with your order.

I ordered a lo mein dish with chicken and vegetables for around $13. The noodles were saturated with sauce and kind of hardened on the bottom. The chicken was good. There were about two pieces of red pepper and that was all the vegetables. I ate the chicken and dumped the rest. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place.

I walk in and the restaurant looks good and clean and smells even better. Greeted with friendly voices I order my favorite, House Special with vegetables, white rice, three cream cheese wontons and a drink. Not even very expensive but not cheap as cheap reflects on the quality. Every bite is quality. I use the receipt to register my points I just earned to my total. It will shortly be worth a free entree. After I eat I use the facilities which are also clean and smells fine. I leave to more friendly voices hoping I’ll return soon. I will.
