Service wasn’t very friendly, I went around lunch time. Place was practically empty which says a lot. Despite the reviews I tried them anyway because I didn’t want anything fried nor anything with meat in it.
I had beef pho w/o meat – TASTELESS with flat rice noodles instead of thin rice noodles. Never had it made this way nor without flavor. Drowned it in Sirachi sauce for flavor and I don’t eat spicy food.
Cold spring rolls w/o meat. Peanut sauce was the WORST I’ve ever had. The dark color of it should have warned me. NEVER seen anything with peanut so dark. It’s usually a light brown.
Get me back to Dallas ASAP where the Pho is made correctly!!

We were in town for a sports event this weekend. We saw a lot of great reviews before we decided to try this place ourselves. The food we ordered to go was very delicious. They have good quantities, nice presentation, and great taste. I also discovered some ‘secret’ menus while I was picking up food the other day, we decided to go back again to try some new food items along with their Boba teas, and this time we dined in. Yep, both the food and service were really good per usual. The boba teas were really good and my kids finished them in no time. I would highly recommend it if you haven’t been here yet. Yes, we will be back if we are in town next time.

I got the chicken on stick served over the lo mein and my wife got the orange chicken and friend rice. The chicken on a stick was pretty low mid, but that lo mein was gutter teir – a heaping helping of bland noodles with a couple stray pieces of broccoli and scallions.
My wife’s chicken was pretty poor as well, but that fried rice was a sorry joke.

Jade was my favorite Chinese restaurant for decades. I have a long standing tradition of ordering food from them on Christmas, unless I’m working out of town. This Christmas I am alone. I lost my soulmate in March, so it’s my first holiday without her too. I tried to place an order, but they just told me they aren’t taking any more orders. I wish I were dead. The only thing I’ve had to look forward to in ages, and it was taken from me too. If I survive to next year, I’ll never eat there again.

Tried this place today to give it a chance from what I remembered being
“unpleasant “ and I received a lunch General T’so chicken and it was NOT COOKED FRESH! I took 1 bite and it was LUKE WARM AT BEST! I tried to talk to the lady at the counter and she acted like I was making up stuff. She said “we can heat it up” then the thought of that turned my stomach… she treated me like I was nothing due to my “country work clothing” is what vibe I got. I said “Can I just order something else and she rudely replied with stating “I don’t know why you’d want something else if you didn’t like what you have and won’t let us heat up the food!” Okay… if I wanted to have “heated food in a microwave” we would have stayed home. So in short story, DO NOT EXPECT GOOD FOOD! If you’re dressed a certain way they will treat you like crap. You get 6 bites of nuke warm chicken and it is absolutely WORSE THAN 10 YEARS AGO! I told her we just won’t come back and her reply was “that’s fine” Yeah, this was absolutely ridiculous!

Disappointed. Tip & prepay before your order is placed. Curry is soy sauce loaded with salt & water. My friend became very sick eating a small portion of his Generals Chicken..
