I’m honestly really disappointed with my order. I paid for a bowl with fajitas, rice, chicken, tomatoes, and cheese, but what I received was mostly empty with barely any rice, no visible fajitas or tomatoes, and just a small portion of chicken and cheese. It looks like half a serving at best. For the price, I expect a properly filled bowl with the ingredients I ordered. This was not worth what I paid and felt very careless on the preparation side. I hope this location pays more attention to orders in the future.

Placed an online order for pick up. Get home, and my veggie bowl is missing 2 of the ingredients, and my daughters bowl is missing an ingredient. I wasn’t told this at the restaurant. Instead, I find out after I get home and see writing on my bowl. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue. Called customer service and they offered me a free bowl to make up for it which I said no to. They issued a partial refund instead. Done with chipotle. Can’t wait until QDoba opens soon !!

Chicken bowl was a little skimpy chicken, seemed to have a “level” spoonful vs. a “heaping” spoonful. Happens on occasion I guess. However, my entire bag of nacho chips were well done and a bit too crunchy. Hope my next visit is better.

Let me tell you something, I showed up on Halloween night during my late lunch break at Walgreens. It was a busy atmosphere, very vibrant and respectful. It was busy, though, so the staff were under a bit of pressure.
When I was finally up, a gentleman named Andrew decided he would give me extra portions, he did so with a great attitude, as well. The girl next to him Bella, rolled the burrito up so well without needing an extra layer of tortilla.
Phenomenal atmosphere, service, and of course food. The staff there, today brought value and attention and empathy to the other customers, that and skill.

I ordered a kid’s meal for my daughter and asked politely if we could have more rice and this guy said no because it’s not supposed to be filled to the top of the tray. Understandably so, yet his 3 friends were in line behind me and I watched him give extra scoops of meat to each one of them without charging for double meat. All we asked for was more rice not protein. Make it make sense.

Picked up three vegetarian bowls. Upon opening, I was reminded why you should never order takeout. Make them look you in the eye when they put three peppers, 10 strands of lettuce, the tiniest bit of cheese, and enough beans to make a game of finding them. Not to mention, the one thing you don’t want on a vegetarian bowl was found in one of our bowls… Chicken. Granted it was one piece, but based on the amount of all the other ingredients, that is probably what they would call a chicken bowl. If that wasn’t enough, it was cold. Not cold as in left out for a bit, could like it was just taken out of the refrigerator. Such a disappointing experience. I’ve learned my lesson.

The other day, I was having a pretty tough day at work, as one does on occasion. I had forgotten to pack lunch, and my natural choice was chipotle. I really like to pride myself on enjoying the little things, and when I tell you that the burrito I received from this location was angelic, I’m not joking. Proportions, flavor, the strong wrap technique, I mean everything about this thing was what I dreamed it would be. It really made my day so much better. In a world where so often customers are let down by their food orders, the highland heights Chipotle truly delivered. I have always had great experiences with this location. From the bottom of my heart (and stomach) thank you all so much for providing such a great end product. Not being disappointed by one’s order can be such a blessing on a hard day, and you guys truly blessed me the other day when you gave me such a magnificent burrito. Thank you and keep up the great work! 🙂

I usually brag about this particular Chipotle store as it has consistently been fresh, clean, stocked and quick, but not tonight…. Whooaaa…. Walked in, slow staff, trash overflowing the garbage cans, empty beer bottle resting near the empty fork canisters and empty napkin holders, and staff apologized as I walked up, as they had no rice! Then I was offered very little chicken as I received about 70% (and that’s being generous) of a scoop, followed by only a portion of a scoop of black beans, and the guacamole container was scraped almost clean! Soooo, no rice, no regular portions of chicken or black beans, and the dining area was atrocious looking with garbage overflowing the containers… the women’s bathroom was dirty but usable. This is honestly a first for me to see/experience or
review this restaurant in such a negative light as I did this evening. I was there 6:20 pm-6:35 pm. One young male employee offered to find me a fork, filled two containers after about force minutes with forks, set them in the openings and left the beer bottle sit where it had been… I asked him to remove it and he did… the staff were apologetic but I was stunned…

I had a terrible experience here and reached out to corporate.
The food was disgusting, fatty and not fresh. The staff was fighting in front of us, another staff member walked out, and the store was a mess, and both my boyfriend and I did not feel well when we left. I reached out to corporate and told them what happened. I also requested a refund about 5 times. I assured corporate that I would never return and I simply wanted a refund since my boyfriend and I were sick after eating here. Corporate flat out REFUSED to give me refund. It was a bill that was just over $30, and a multi million dollar company couldn’t accommodate that?? They only gave us a coupon to return. Would you want to return to a restaurant that made you sick???? I bet you wouldn’t. So instead of this being a simple issue, I know have escalated this and reported Chipotle. I will also be contacting an attorney. This place has been under heavy scrutiny before from health violations( just found that out) so be careful everyone.
