Food was good but the girl manager was really rude snapping at her employees, she brought our sandwiches over and we asked where are the fries? She snapped there are none, that’s why you got refuding. That was the first we heard about a refund! While we are eating we hear her talking to her emplyees about the other customers, making fun of them and mocking them. About how they didnt have their card. Worst expirence. We told her she should’ve said sorry or something and she started yelling at us. We are paying customers and didn’t do anything wrong. A sorry goes a lot way.

Wasn’t crowded so I was in and out. Fairly clean with a few customers. I ordered the “cold” Italian sub, upon receiving my sandwich, I couldn’t understand how my sandwich was warm when I specifically told her I didn’t want it toasted. I still ate it, but it’s not what I ordered, hence the 3 stars

Sammy cooked our sandwiches perfect. Every employee there is so attentive and nice. They always greet us no matter how busy they are. We love the Jeffersonville Indiana location.

I’ve been to a couple stores in my life! Fire food but I have to stop and talk about this one. * ZERO STARS*This place is a joke. First off they had no drinks, she said a couple of them were broken but literally every one was broken. Got our food 32 mins after we ordered and they were both completely wrong. No cheese at all, half of the meat was missing, and there were zero condiments available. Very disappointed with this location.

Just ordered a sandwich over the phone. Could barely understand the guy. I arrive and get some extra things. He charges me for just the extra things. I tried to explain I hadn’t paid for the food yet and he just didn’t understand. Had to call another employee over. I was told my sandwich was out but they were dropping fresh fries. Meanwhile the manager is sitting in a booth yelling stuff at the employees behind counter 2 of 4 seemed to be in training with no leadership to guide them. My sandwich sat there ready for 10 minutes before I said something. They then bagged it up with some fries that had been ready for a few minutes. I was gonna deal with the food being cold and take the loss. But The sandwich was wrong. I asked for no Parmesan and it was on there. I brought it to the managers attention and he acted like I didn’t order it that way because the ticket didn’t have it. however I said it and it was repeated back to me. Then offered to remake it. I spent a total of 30 mins at this location after calling in an order 15 mins ahead of time. I used to never have issues here until recently. Corporate if I were you I’d get some leadership in there quick these guys seem lost.
