Update 17JAN26: After a couple hours at the zoo, my son wanted to check out this mash of two restaurants. To answer my own question from our previous visit when it was only an IHOP: yes! You can order an omelet and a beer at the same time. And that’s what I did.
Waitstaff was excellent. The food was good. My son got the Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger…wait, isn’t that a patty melt? And I got the Spicy Poblano Omelet. Could be spicier. I had eaten it previously at an IHOP in Ocala, FL and it was a lot spicier there. Will order with extra Serrano peppers next time.

4AUG25 (IHOP only): Stopped here for some breakfast before heading to Six Flags Fiesta.
The biggest take-away from this visit was our waitress. She was freaking awesome in every way. Friendly and professional. checking in on us steadily to see if we needed anything. A little chit-chat about the expansion of the building and her starting college.
The food was great. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to an IHOP. It was just a great experience.
I tip based on service and food, not a % of the ticket. The meal came to like $32. I tipped $20. Thank you. We’ll be back.
Oh, question. Is the expansion going to be two different stores or one store; but can order from Applebee’s and IHOP? Like, can I order beer with my omelet?

Alexandra was the best server ever!!! My spouse is an absolute nuisance with the dad jokes and she entertained her nonsense all night. We were completely lost when ordering and she offered great insight that led us to ordering way too much food. However it was all delicious. She made our visit so memorable and I would recommend that everyone request her at this location. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My experience was fantastic! Jack was incredibly attentive to us. The manager, Dan, kept checking in and chatting with us. Plus, I loved how my steak turned out—we tipped the cook, Richard, because it’s a bit tricky for some places to make my steak just right. Perfect! We be coming back

This was our second visit to the IHOP/Applebee’s combo, and once again we had a great experience. Marissa took care of us and did a fantastic job—friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without us ever having to ask. The food was a perfect temperature and tasted great.
We were also pleasantly surprised when the manager, Dan, stopped by our table to check in and make sure everything was going well… it absolutely was. It means a lot to us when management takes the time to walk the floor, personally making sure restaurants-guests are enjoying their meals and service. It’s that kind of hands-on attention from management, plus the great service and food, that really stands out and makes us look forward to coming back.

Such an amazing atmosphere and the food is amazing. Building is very well built for the experience. Drinks are lovely and the booths feel great. Definitely recommend if wanting to have the best of both worlds. Breakfast and dinner. ☺️

I’m glad to see this location getting business and adding Applebee’s! Exit #7 needed something like this to add to our restaurant options close by. Where else can you get a Chips & Salsa, pancakes and a Long Island Iced Tea? This works for many of us. Thanks to the staff for being kind, quick on our orders and to the bartender for the drinks!

The restaurant feels more clean now that they’ve renovated the place. The food was decent. My mother in law did not like her shrimp bayou bowl. The rice was undercooked and bland. She said the bowl itself didn’t have a lot of flavor.

We were so excited to try the new Applebees/Ihop. We got the 2 for $25 my husband the burger and myself the chicken Parmesan fettuccine. The app we got Buffalo wings. The wings were delicious hot and fresh. When our food came out my pasta looks weird. It was all stuck together and mushy and cold, the chicken had no flavor at all. Honestly I couldn’t take more than 1 bite. My husbands burger was bland and flavorless as you can see he didn’t eat much of it. They did switch out my meal for chicken tenders but they too were bland and tasteless. I ended up not eating anything but the boneless wings. I used to love Applebees and am sad and disappointed about our experience especially spending over $55 and not getting to eat. Our waitress was very nice and the service wasn’t bad. I don’t think we will be back though unless it was for the appetizers
