me and my grandma ordered jersey mikes last night and she never had a bad sub until tonight. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch and the big kahuna when we got our subs i opened mine and there was a whole head of lettuce when i didn’t order extra lettuce, there was barely any chicken and bacon, and there was steak in my sub. Her sub had barely any steak, any peppers, and onions. not a big kahuna.

I’m not one that expects perfection. People make mistakes and I judge businesses on how the manager handles mistakes. Yesterday both my sandwiches were missing but when I brought this to Owens attention he handle my problem perfectly including remaking the subs himself. 5 stars!!!

I used to love to come to Jersey Mikes but recent visits have definitely changed my mind to come here! The quality has dropped drastically the subs are smaller and now more expensive! the team members dont even assemble the subs with care they just throw the meats on the sub how ever they land and when you ask for mikes way i expect it mikes way! with oil, vinegar, the oregano salt n pepper! they definitely did not deliver they forgot all of that!

Never had this place before but a coworker ordered from door dash one day and was talking about how good her sandwich was so I decided to order one myself. I ordered twice now ok door dash and all I can say is both these sandwiches were amazing. I had the club the first time and the big kahuna philly with steak, cheese, jalapenos, onions, peppers. Both sandwiches were delicious, fresh, and nearly made and presented. Look forward to trying many more of their sandwiches in the future. Thank you

To begin, I have been to this Jersey Mikes many times over the past 10 years and this was our first bad meal. Went to Jersey Mikes on 1/16/26 afternoon to pickup dinner. Ordered a #11 an #14. When I got home the subs were incomplete and looked like a stone had pressed hard on them. My husband had the giant #11. He got the meat and cheese, but no lettuce, oil or oregano. It was a sandwich not a sub. I had the medium veggie delight. It had cheese, lettuce, and green pepper. No tomato, oil or oregano. I did not order green pepper but it was on my sandwich. Both subs were horribly made and incomplete.

This is one of my favorite sub shops. It’s great for fresh and healthy meals while on the go. The food is always fresh and the bread is delicious. Service is always great and personalized. Definitely try out this little place, it won’t disappoint.

Everytime I walk into Jersey Mikes, something is wrong, looks gross, or a person is rude. All 3 things happened to me recently. Then I tried to give it another chance and it wasn’t much better.
The first night, a gentleman was helping my boyfriend and I with our sandwiches. Not sure if he was new but there were a pile of sandwiches to complete plus ours. I guess it was online orders. He sat there watching the other person do all the work and when he did work he was very slow. The other person even got on to him about working. He just made a side comment and continued working at snail pace. We waited over 10 minutes for a cold sandwich and no one in line but us.
The lettuce looked horrible and so brown, tomatos looked mushy and discolored, and the counter had so much food on it from other sandwiches. The bacon was black and didn’t look appetizing.
The second time we went, the gentleman with the beard made our sandwiches. He was not very friendly and was short with us. The tomatoes still looked disgusting and the lettuce was still brown but not as much.
I used the restroom and it definitely doesn’t get checked regularly. The toilet paper was out too in both restrooms which I had to go tell the not-so-friendly employee that there was no toilet paper.
This place needs better leadership. I tried to give it a second chance and still didn’t satisfy. Ill take my money somewhere else to get a better sandwich. Unless you want food poisoning, I would do the same.
