Stayed at the Hideaway down the road from this place on my bachelor trip back in October 2025. We had just reached Gatlinburg after a 10 hour drive and we’re starving hungry. We manage to get here about an hour and some change before close and notice that each pizza costs $30, and at that point we just ordered 2 of them and cashapped each other until each of us had put in 12 bucks to the order. Waited for our pizza to finish cooking for about 20 minutes as we explored outside and inside the restaurant, noticing that some of the items in the little market were well past their expiration dates, some by even years. All the while, the smell of our pizzas cooking was making the 5 of us salivate nonstop, it smelled phenomenal. However, even though this was the case, we really hoped that these pizzas would truly taste like they were worth 30 clams each. Finally, they fold up our boxes and toss those puppies into them, and in the cold, autumn, Gatlinburg weather it felt nice to be the one holding those boxes in my lap on the way back to our place. The second we walked in that door, we grabbed plates and poured out some black cherry Bird Dog with Sprite, and began to chow down. Lo and behold, this scrumptious pie was the greatest slice of pizza I have ever had the pleasure of plunging into my face hole. We didn’t say a word for 10 straight minutes as we weren’t even eating to satiate our hunger anymore. We were eating this moon sized behemoth of a pizza and chewing until we couldn’t taste it any longer, as we wanted to conserve and cherish the stupendous amounts of flavor and didn’t want to stop eating it. The realization simultaneously came to us that we had done the right thing with our lives in that moment, and that if we had the option to choose to eat this Chicken Bacon Ranch Titan again over anything else, this would be what we chose.

We got the Smoky Mountain Cheeseburger and the Big Bear Italian Club, both were delicious! We would come back again. The sub was particularly good. The fries were sub par, floppy frozen fries, but honestly didn’t ruin the meal. It’s a dive with solid food. We loved the simple clean atmosphere.

Yesterday I visited this restaurant during an extremely busy time, and I feel it’s important to highlight something truly special. There was only one girl handling everything, and yet the service was absolutely spectacular.
I ordered three pizzas, and despite the high pressure and workload, she remained kind, professional, and attentive at all times. She not only handled the situation perfectly, but also made the entire experience excellent.
Employees like her truly make a difference in a business. I sincerely hope her manager sees this review, because you have an exceptional employee who deserves recognition. I will definitely be coming back.

Staying in Cosby for a sister cousin’s week. We stopped and got a large pizza. The place was busy. I only waited for about 20 minutes. The pizza was really good. I would order from this place again. I forgot to take a picture before we dug in.

This is the first time I’ve had to give a one star review. After reading so many glowing recommendations for this place, my family and I were excited to have some great food. It was a huge letdown and I encourage you to look elsewhere.
Let’s start with the service. The employee that helped us said maybe 3 words to us and was the most lifeless person I’ve ever interacted with. She didn’t even make eye contact or use normal human greetings.
The food was horrible. My burger (which I paid extra for another patty for) was severely overcooked to the point of being inedible. It was like eating rubber. My son’s burger was the same. My son ordered a burger with no tomato and onion and instead they gave us only tomato and onion. The tater tots were unevenly cooked – many were burnt. The bacon on my wife’s BLT was soft and undercooked. The “desserts” were prepackaged and tiny. If I had been dining in, I would have asked for a refund, but unfortunately made the mistake of trusting other reviews so I took the food and drove off.
Nothing at this “cafe” is worth it. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat. Anywhere else.
For a family of 6, it cost over $100. Worst $100 that I’ve ever spent.

My husband and I were here while on our honeymoon, he got the pizza and I got the spaghetti and smoked meatballs, pizza was delicious and so was the pasta. The building has character, sort of a vintage charm, and the staff are quick and efficient, food is a little pricey for the quality but delicious nevertheless. I think the spaghetti is just reheated and the drinks are pretty expensive.

Don’t be fooled by the website and menu. The place is an absolute dump. It reminds me of a gas station that people come across in a post apocalyptic tv show. Where is the health department?

UPDATE! I DID GET IN TOUCH WITH THE RESTAURANT AND THEY DID PROVIDE A FULL REFUND. I cannot even give a 1 star review.but im required to give so.ething to submit a review. I placed an order at 8:21 pm and was told the delivery would be by 10:06 pm which i was fine with. We never received the food and every attempt I made by text message and phone was not answered and the $178.00 charge is still pending on my account. I was never provided a cancelation message.

Pizza, onion rings, and chicken was good, the kitchen area was clean. If you order doordash you take a chance of not getting it delivered. Took almost an hour for ours. We went a second time because the town was busy. The place is run down, the “convenience” store had outdated stuff. It is overpriced, but it beats waiting in line at the busy places.
