I hadn’t eaten food from a DQ in many years until a couple days ago and after receiving a disgusting burger with dangerously undercooked bacon in a to-go order from this location a couple days ago, it will be many more years before I return. Unfortunately I didn’t realize they gave me a burger with disgustingly undercooked bacon until I got to my destination several miles away. Also ridiculous it took them 15 minutes to prepare said order in a restaurant with no other customers the entire time other than one sketchy guy sitting but not dining. Those 15 minutes should have been sufficient time for them to actually cook the bacon before putting it on the burger.

I have ordered from this location quite a few times through DoorDash. The food is usually as mid as I expect from any Junction fast food and sometimes it is good! But I came all the way here to say that the drinks suck every time. Not sure if it’s a machine issue, but I am sure it’s a management issue. I just know they’re in the back telling the employees that “if they ordered no ice don’t fill the cup all the way up!” This isn’t Starbucks babes, it’s a fountain drink BFR. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if that was it though, the syrup and carbonation combo has literally never once been right. I’m disappointed I’ve ordered this many times but I’m one for second and apparently fourth or fifth or seventeenth chances but… damn guys not even good drinks smh

I ordered the crunchin’ cookie blizzard and ordered the dip cup on the side and everytime i do i never get it. Why waste 1.59 if i not gonna get it? If you cant give it on the side then take it off so people cant order a side of it and waste their money

Love it, & my points, which can be used towards food & treats. Can’t beat the $5 mix & match. Their fries and burgers are delicious. New deals & offers in the app often. $7 meal deal is great as it comes with a drink & a sundae. You can also use points towards an ice cream cake. Excellent food.

Close by many restaurants, so it’s the perfect after spot for dessert! Lots of tables inside. Also have a drive thru. Lines usually pretty long but service gets orders out quick. I ordered the Oreo and Brownie Cupfection. Really good just wish all my press weren’t stashed down at the bottom.

The only reason for the 1 star is because the warehouse has been out of pumpkin pie pieces for their pumpkin pie blizzard for 2 weeks now. That is the best part of the blizzard!!
