I always do mobile orders here and I’ve never had a problem before. Today I got my sub and for some reason it was basically coveted in salt and pepper, and I genuinely thought the tomatoes were red onions or regular white onions at first because of how pale they were. If I had been more ticked off I might have came back to try getting it fixed. I’m not in the mood for that today, I just cut my own tomato, removed the salt and pepper best I could, including the white tomatoes, and added more bell pepper than the sad little four bits I was given, and Chipotle that I had stashed.

Came in Saturday to get me and my family food, when I got there the boy just stood there without greeting us and the girl ran out from the back doing what seemed like getting more sauces together to help me. The boy was very blunt and unprofessional with me, the girl had to correct him multiple times and he still didn’t do what was asked right. My food was good, the boys attitude just threw me off quite a bit.

Great place for a quick bite. Sandwich made fresh your way right in front of you. The staff are friendly. And happy to meet your needs. You can take out or dine in. It’s has a awesome eating area. It’s an excellent place to drop in and grab a fast meal.

Horrible, unfriendly employees. Always out of most of their meats. They don’t listen to you about the condiments. I asked for a little bit of Mayo, not a lot, and she put so much on the sandwich it was gushing from the sides. I was not given a receipt or a bag for my sandwich. I actually had to reach across the counter to get my sandwich after she walked off. This location needs an overhaul.
***Oh and also just a notice, if you’re allergic to cucumbers, don’t get the onions. They dropped a bunch in the cucumbers and then tossed them back into the onion bin. That’s food allergy cross contamination. Not sure if that’s happened to any other toppings but, probably has. Just FYI.***

i’m not sure how they are staying open. Every time we go to get a sub they are out of most stuff. tonight i they we’re out of pepperoni, roast beef, and pickles. There is never a time i go in that they aren’t out multiple items. it has become ridiculous. Tonight there was also another person there complaining about their order. Something should really be done about this location.

Giving a 2 instead of a 1 because the girl working there was a good worker and friendly. Was not impressed with the guy he barely put anything in my sub, I’ve been to subway many times and he was so stingy with the ingredients! And he wiped his hands on his pants halfway through! Not impressed!

Wow I am very very disappointed with the customer service here . The 2 blonde girls (not sure there name) very very rude ! I thought the place was closed but nope they were both outside and came in a turned the lights on . Didn’t say anything about the inconvenience of them basically pretending like there closed . And then while they whe
re making my food they had an attitude the whole time and when I went to lay I just let one of the girls know that there customer service needs to be worked on and she didn’t say anything rolled here eyes and walked away . I will not be going back there to spend any money at all and I hope they can work on what they need !

They canceled my order because they had no chicken salad. Reordered and got Dry, crusty bread, didn’t add lettuce, cucumber or bell pepper. To my 3 sandwiches And didn’t give me my footlong cookie.
