Absolutely spectacular the best Popeyes I have eaten yet. Everything was perfectly fresh and nice amd hot when we got it. Biscuits were toasted to perfection and the chicken was crispy and golden!

I’ve never had worst service at any fast food establishment in my life. Multiple times I’ve placed an online order only to have wait ages at the restaurant. It doesn’t end there. In every instance the order comes out wrong! My most recent trip on 12/20/2025 I was forced to wait at least 20 minutes. They put the wrong sauce on my sandwich and forgot my sweet tea. When are we going to fix this?

I was wondering how this place could have such a low rating since Popeyes is generally good food but now I know. This location is terribly run. I walked in with two young kids during lunch time when the place was empty and was “greeted” by two people very rudely. Then they were out of all dark meat and it was going to take “15-20 minutes”, so I just left. Ridiculous. They should be prepared to serve people food during meal times, and they could be at least decently nice about it. Won’t go back.

I was there December 21 at 12:30. It was very busy and the young lady working the counter was hustling. Despite one customer being very rude she maintained her poise. She was very polite and all the chaos. It’s important to remember people work hard and deserve to be treated nicely.

This location never has anything ready. I placed my order and came to pick it up. Still had to park and wait. Then the associate comes out and asks what order I’m waiting for, I tell her the number and she shouts at me No Whats the Name! Like I’m supposed to know what she’s looking for. Nasty. Inefficient. And slow. My daughter loves Popeye’s otherwise I’d never come here. If you can, find another location.

Bristol,ct 1/5/26 1:55- 2:10 pm.The rudest PR woman started yelling at me thru speaker cause i asked a question then refused to take my order and called me ugly when I asked to speak to manager. Manager wouldnt come out. They allow this type of employee behavior here. I will call corporate every week about these employees. I never in my life have seen this except at the NB Popeyes. The General mngr apparently must know but they prob cant get respectable employees here.
I saw the reply and I dont believe u will do anything because I saw similar reviews months ago and the same people are there including a girl with braids. Horrible low class place!!!

The cashier was unfriendly. We were told we had to wait. We patiently waited, expecting that our chicken would be fresh. The breast piece was dried and they shorted us on one drum.

What terrible service they offer at this establishment! The cashier who served me this morning was so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. It’s unbelievable that this establishment lacks empathy and courtesy towards its customers, and asking for a little respect is so frustrating when they treat you like you’re not even a person, looking at you with contempt because you can’t communicate well. You don’t know if I have a disability, and treating me badly is unacceptable. It’s outrageous that the person at the cash register this morning behaved this way. Please, I request a review of their service and the values of the cashier. She cannot go around treating people with contempt or looking at them as if they are worthless. Please re-evaluate your customer service because people can lie and refuse to admit their mistakes.

Came in the drive thru at 503 pm Sunday night the woman on my he speaker who only had one customer in line was extremely rude then proceeded to tell me she’s out of chicken and it would be a 15 minute wait because she just served two other customers two twelve pieces?? Never going back to this location it’s unacceptable to not have chicken and not have customers in the drive thru or in store she got extremely aggressive and loud ! i’ve never been so disrespected by a fast food worker in my life, the lady with braids working the register was so rude to me and my senior mother i’m absolutely disgusted and sickened by the way we were treated. very unprofessional and out right nasty, don’t work with customers if you can’t be bothered or simply have manners. i will not go back in the restaurant because of her ever again.
