I always came here 3 to 4 times a year as I live in another state…I won’t be stopping here anymore…I bought an 8 piece meal extra crispy, and a 12 piece original meal and a taco. Everything was good except the biscuits. They were as hard as concrete! I have never in my life had a biscuit like that! I called the manager and there really wasn’t a response. I won’t be back. I always loved coming here my family loves biscuits…Not today boys!

KFC is the only “fastfood chicken” we will eat. Decided to stop in at the one in Benton. The place was very clean, the man who took our order was very friendly. He repeated the order back to us. Everything was hot and fresh when we got it. I am really impressed with this KFC.

I am always surprised by how slow this generation is overpaid and it takes twice as many of them to do the job. They don’t even know the definition of multi tasking. There was a first tonight I saw using a garden hose on the floor 4 feet from the drive thru window water spraying and misting on food and food containers.

Have stopped in several times but this time worst service ever actually no service employees to busy playing in the back no one at register except for 2 off duty employees complaining about getting there discount no one in the dinning area so not busy at all waited 20 min no service will not be back
