We had not been to BK in years. Wanted something different. This place I couldn’t believe it. The food was great. Hot fries. The whopper was perfect. The lady behind the register Kaitlyn White was polite professional and over and beyond what it took to make sure we were happy.. atmosphere was great

You cannot beat those burgers for fast food. I love that charbroiled taste. I don’t know how but their fries are always hot. I’ve never gotten that at any other fast food restaurant. The consistency is unbelievable how good their food is and how hot it is.

I recently placed a mobile order here before work and when I went to pick it up the restaurant said it wasn’t there so I went inside to show the gentleman behind the counter that it was verified in the app at his location and instead of trying to rectify the situation as best he could he was rude and very unprofessional. He said he he could not help me and didn’t know what to tell me because it was early in the morning and he didn’t feel good. I work in the general public so customer service is everything to me so the be treated as tho my little tax dollars isn’t important is very unprofessional. If that is who your company chooses to have manage your restaurant then he needs way more training because being rude to paying customers because “you don’t feel good & it’s early” is not proper customer service. The photos shows the address of my order just for clarification

Today was just not the day for BK.. I will say that there were only two employees here when we came in and that is the only reason I’m leaving 4 stars otherwise it would be one star… I think Terel ( I may be off on his mean ) and the guy in the kitchen should have a raise because they were WORKING…. But because they were busy and only two people working by the time I received my food it was no longer hot and the fries were still cold in the middle… we dined but he was working hard

I have to admit, I was very pleased with my visit today. The staff was friendly and now I know why this place is so busy. I had a whopper with cheese that was cooked just right. The veggies were FRESH and the new Burger King fries were great. Crispy on the outside and pillows of potatoes on the inside. PERFECT. No diet Dr Pepper on the fountain. (This is East Texas, so that’s almost a sin right there.) But I didn’t count off for that today lol. Lately most of my fast food experiences have left me ANGRY, DISAPPOINTED, or just SAD. Glad I had a good experience today.

Drive thru i got the orig checken sandwich and it was very dry even with the abundance of mayo oozing out of the bun. I was not happy cause I usually love that sandwich.
