This is my all-time favorite restaurant for sushi! I always get their Chesapeake Superman Roll and their pad thai (spice level 3 or 4) with Miso Soup. I mainly go here to celebrate my birthday and other celebratory moments in life. The service is always excellent and the restaurant is very clean! A MUST VISIT!

We wanted something different and gave Mikado a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere gave off a homey but elegant vibe. It was very clean and welcoming. The staff was extremely nice! The seats were comfy. I preferred the Panama Curry. It had a wonderful unique flavor that was so delicious. I ordered it with shrimp (from the lunch menu). We also got the drunken noodles which were also delicious. The salad served with the ginger sauce was a perfect mixture and not over powering. The prices are good and the food quality is awesome! I can’t wait to come back.

I ordered at 630pm for a pickup at 8:30. At 6:59 pm I received a text stating the order was ready. When I called asking about it, they apologized but gave no solution. I didn’t want my food sitting out for an hour and a half. While the sushi could have been refrigerated, I paid assuming the food would be prepared fresh. The manager refused a refund, while I was able to have someone pickup the food for me, we were not able to eat it until 8:30. They lost a loyal customer.

This was one of the better Thai and Japanese restaurants that we visited. The service and cleanliness are a 5-star. The food was a 4-5 star. I was hoping for a really good Pad Thai, but this one missed the mark. It was okay, but the sauce was too thin and it lacked the peanut flavor I liked. Over all, it was good and we will likely return.

This is one of those “hidden gem” places that my husband and I love! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about all the dishes and options. On our first trip, our server suggested the Tokyo Monster roll, which was not on the menu but is divine! On our second trip, I couldn’t remember the names of the rolls that we ordered, so I showed her a picture I’d taken and she immediately knew what rolls we wanted. I also love the basil cashew chicken and the hot soup that comes with it!

First time trying Mikado out. I got the chicken drunken noodles and wife got sushi. We also got a calamari appetizer as pictured. The calamari was $11 and we got 7 pieces. 7. Absolute rip off. My drunken noodles maybe at best had 4 ounces of chicken. There was so little chicken I thought I forgot to order it because I couldn’t see any when I opened the box. Wife compared the sushi’s to a grocery store premade sushi. Won’t be back. They must delete reviews because there’s no way this is a 4.6 star restaurant

My granddaughter gets chicken katsu there few times a month and last night she bit into a shattered piece of breast bone she spit it out and moved to middle of meat well she bit into a hard piece again. We looked at both pieces carefully and it wasn’t hard crust clearly broken pieces of bone. She was turned off by then and didn’t want to eat at all. Also I ordered NO MISO SOUP extra rice, which they made me pay for, which no problem if the meal was good. Anyway they put soup in which means they dont listen to me. I am very easy going except when it comes to my grand baby and son. My sons sushi was great.

I have been here before and loved it, but it has been a few years. Last night my husband took me for Mother’s Day and I ordered Thai fried rice with chicken. The portion was huge (but I don’t think I’d say it was worth $17 ) so I boxed the rest up to eat for lunch today. Imagine my surprise when I opened my box to find that my food from LAST NIGHT was riddled with mold. I am in complete shock.
Two stars because the servers were super sweet. One star for the food.
