My son experienced the Big Box pizza at a friend’s house and asked if I could buy for him and his friends when they came over. Pizza wasn’t too bad. It’s the closest to their deep dish but definitely taste different from the old school pan pizzas from back in the days. The sausage pizza, though, looked like they just threw it together. I know they can be busy, but there was no effort…lol. See the picture. The other ones were ok. It’s for the kids, so I’m sure they didn’t care anyway.

Well,let me start with a shady transaction!
I ordered a 3 toppings pizza for $11.99 and $2 for the stuff crust.
The order was done within the 15 min and it was a pickup order.
The issue was about the pizza when I opened the box and noticed that only 2 toppings were baked and the 3rd. The topping was missing.
The so called manager said they ran out of that topping and she didn’t even excuse why they failed to say anything about the missing topping.
So,I asked for a reduction of the cost and she refused !
But if I wanted to add a 4th topping they were asking an extra $3 …
So, she gave me a lil cup of bell pepper to shut me up!!! See pics!
So buyer beware!!!

Hannah is the best part of this institution in Riverview. Observe the gentleman in the back sitting there doing nothing putting his head down while Hannah ran around “yes sir, and no ma’am-ing” everybody. I will return because of Hannah, but it is terrible to see somebody being completely lazy while one person does all the other work

Took our over the counter order, told us 30min. At 30min, told us 20 more min. After 30 min, gave a refund saying they ran out of pizza. Decided to speak with the manager, while waited I witnessed another customer walk in and placed the same order and the lady told him 30 min it’ll be ready. That customer walked outside and the next customer walked up asking about his order, and the lady told him they JUST can out of pizza and gave him a refund. Long story short. We waited an hr, watching others walking in and out with pizza, just to be told they ran out of pizza while other customers ordered after us and receiving there pizzas.
Why continue to take orders, make your customers wait an hr just to give refunds. As well as picking and choosing who your gonna serve?

The location is convenient and the food has been hot and fresh both times I’ve ordered. However, I’m not sure what happened with my order today. I only ordered breadsticks and although they were hot and fresh I guess they decided not to cut them. Is this how Pizza Hut serves their breadsticks now?

I accidentally place my order at the wrong location her in Riverview .
Aaron [Store Manager] greeted me and tried looking up my order , resulting in unfortunately wrong location .
He was so apologetic like it was his fault and wanted to try his best to help me .
He did not have to apologize at all because it obviously was my fault !!
But he was so attentive and his customer service was impeccable .
Folks like Aaron make me appreciate the efforts and kindness that still exist in food places like this . The fast food work life , I know is not easy but Aaron literally is the perfect picture of perfect service . THANKS AGAIN AARON !

The employee which was a young woman was rude. When I went into the store she never acknowledged me. I waited about 12 minutes, when she came to the front carrying 2 pizzas and just left them on the counter and walked back. She never asked me what my order was. She was wearing headphones. She has a bad attitude with customers.
