Donuts were good. They kinda taste like a croissant combined with a donut. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich using a plain donut. I also had the bourbon caramel donut and it was good, but VERY sweet. Be prepared. The coffee was pretty good as well. This was my first visit. I will go back and try something else.

While visiting Fort Wayne today, we went looking for doughnuts – As always, my goal is to find the perfect plain glazed/sugared doughnut.
When we first walked in I saw all the fancy sugary concoctions – not a plain doughnut in sight!
But the helpful staff mentioned the “Plain Jane”…!
Folks, we tried some of the beautiful varieties. Each one was delicious. Natural flavors, just the right amount of sweetness. Really wonderful.
But the Plain Jane my friends is the VERY best doughnut I’ve EVER had. It’s amazing, layered, lightly sweet deliciousness.And when we ordered four to go, they brought us warm ones – even better. Oh my word. It’s a good thing I don’t live here. But I’ll be back.

I had a very disappointing experience at Parlor Donuts last Friday.
I stopped in with my daughter for a treat and ordered 3 donuts. I also asked about the new savory menu item being advertised and decided to try the Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was about 12 minutes before 11:00 AM, and I was told savory items could not be served until after 11:00. I said I was willing to wait, but when I asked to have the savory item added to my order so I wouldn’t need to run my card twice, I was told that couldn’t be done either.
What was frustrating was the inconsistency — I was later told they could place the order 5 minutes before 11:00, which contradicted the original explanation. After waiting, my order was not finished until 11:12.
When I got home, the Chicken Bacon Ranch had only a few very small pieces of chicken, and the bacon was overly chewy. I wasn’t expecting an overloaded portion, but I did expect better quality and a more reasonable amount for the price.
Overall, the service communication, wait time, and food quality were all disappointing.

If you don’t like donuts, then go see a psychologist. If you do like donuts, then do yourself a favor and visit this place. Man, so so good. The maple-pecan donut is simply top notch donut quality. Not only are the donuts delicious, but they have some great supporting breakfast items too like chorizo and egg tacos! The decor is clean, inviting, and retro. They even have two large hipster garage door type things which can be raised up to make this a mixed indoor-outdoor venue. I love it. Just minimize your MyFitnessPal app before ordering as it might break the calorie counter on it!

they are a crescent layered donut so has a unique flavor. we like getting them more as a dessert than breakfast so many good flavors. some days are better than others but it might also be what time as well. the other breakfast food is good too but inconsistent for the cost for me.

1st time here….Service was good when I could hear them. The place was super cute but the music was way too loud and I could barely hear the girl that was helping me. The donuts were good. I had the chocolate one which was really good and my boyfriend had the maple bacon. They are very greasy. His was way greasy and if you have stomach issues, I would not suggest. Overall I would try this place again.

The donuts are heavenly! The space was clean and adorable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I love that they have small sizes available on the coffee menu. Cappuccinos are traditional 8 oz. Good stuff!

We discovered Parlor when we were looking for gluten free donuts in the area. We visited the one across town first. The discovery of gf and keto donuts in one place was amazing! The layered donuts are melt in your mouth delicious. The fact that they’ll make whatever flavor you want from their offerings menu even if it’s not in the case is pretty cool. The keto donuts are pretty tasty. My girls did not like the gluten free donuts. They said they were too grainy and stodgy. They both indicated it’s probably because they are also vegan. Why gf gets lumped in with vegan is always frustrating for my daughters.
This visit to the Lima Crossing location was because the Parlor loyalty app alerted me to a free layered donut. We happened to be nearby so I stopped in and got an orange creamsicle donut and a blueberry donut from the case because we were in a rush. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Though we were not staying the place looked well appointed, comfortable and clean. Next time I’d like to stay and sip a latte to go with a donut. We didn’t eat the donuts until a day later, but they were still absolutely scrumptious.

To say the donuts are good would be an understatement. Loved our donuts almost as much as pups loved their special donuts. They have coffee and so many other choices too. There’s also a drive thru and you can order online as well
