We stoped by for a comforting quick dinner after a long drive trip. The food was delicious and actually tastes much better than some Panda Express we went to. Spring beans with chicken makes me nostalgic!

I accidentally left my bag with my purse, ID and important documents when leaving. It’s scary! The team kept my bag with all my belongings, and we went picking it back the next morning.

MORGAN IS AMAZING!!! I was having a bad day and I stopped in to get some food and Morgan was so sweet and respectful. She made sure my greens and main dishes were made fresh. She made my day!!!! I’ve been here about 5 times. The fried rice is pretty dry and bland. But overall the entrees are so sweet that maybe the rice needs to be bland. I went in and they were out of noodles. I must have missed the lunch rush because it was dead and they told me it would take 5 minutes to make the noodles.

Overall, friendly staff hit or miss clean tables and food is decent. I wouldn’t tell people not to come here.

She gave me a hookup on a little extra chow mein and a cup for iced tea since I had to wait for my order to be cooked up and because they were out of fortune cookies. Hope for humanity restored!!

Last few times I’ve ordered here the chow mien has been super cabbage heavy; tonight I order and panda bowl and the chow mien was 90%. It wasn’t even the good/edible parts of cabbage; its like the base/roots. Gross.

Apathetic employee wouldn’t give me back my exact change and made a face and pretended to not hear me and walk away when asked. I will not be returning to this panda location again. Dicks burgers is in the same parking lot, went there for exceptional customer service.

Was told 5 min on Beijing beef, foolishly waited 20min before requesting a refund. When I asked for the refund they claimed the beef was ready but it still hadn’t come out of the kitchen and by that time the rest of my food had been sitting on the counter getting cold and they were out of the other things I ordered so it would have been an even longer wait if I wanted warm food so I insisted on my refund and left. I get that I came in later in the night but it was an hour and half before close and they didn’t have anything left at the counter. Looked like they were banking on a slow night and were trying to avoid cooking up fresh pots of entrees.

i Always order on the app 15-20 min before arriving. Always end up waiting a minimum of 15 min after the estimated pickup time. Usually it is around 30 min of waiting. Food is usually cold and under portioned. This location is horrible

Come on Panda, you got to do better than this when it comes to ordering a side. Not to mention you charge an extra $1.50 when ordering the Honey Walnut Shrimp. $3.00 extra when you order it for both entrees.
