Such a fun atmosphere and delicious cookies. I had the banana cream cookie and it was the best cookie I’ve ever tasted. The drink was delicious but I can’t remember what it’s called. It has grapefruit in it. So refreshing. The staff and Kade are all so fun and friendly. Thanks for the amazing service and yummy treats!

Can’t wait for Fiiz to open… gave your location a try since it’s closer to my home. Asked for a Diet Peperlada figuring Twisted Sugar would either have the same or something similar. The dude an chic at the window both states “That’s Fiiz”. I should have drove off right then an just went to Fiiz instead of dealing with your rude staff. I let them know it’s Diet Dr Pepper coconut pineapple and cream. Well they made it but forgot the cream. When I asked they stated “we don’t mix it in due to the reaction” yeah there’s so no cream! Educate your staff on customer service an manners… an maybe on the Fiiz menus as well!

I wanted the lime sugar cookie that you can pretty much only get at Twisted Sugar. Went through the drive-through so I didn’t go inside but the lady at the window was kind and helpful. And my cookie was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The cookie wasn’t crazy sweet and I like the fresh lime on top. Great after lunch dessert

I LOVE twisted sugar!! Their cookies and drinks are delicious! I enjoy that they always have standard cookies there because when I’m craving a cookie I want that cookie. I prefer them over crumbl and fizz. Their pricing is average. They do have an app that comes with rewards which I love! They are always fast when I order also.

I’ve been here several times and they service is always friendly and the drinks are great. The cookies are amazing. I haven’t found one I don’t like yet, but the one the store is named after, twisted sugar, is always a win.

So good and convenient for me. I’ve never really been into soda shops. The menu at fiz literally stresses me out from all the options. I don’t know how people memorize their drinks. But this shop is nice and simple and from the few times I’ve been there it always taste great! Staff is also really friendly.

The atmosphere of the store lacks personality. I felt like I was walking into a warehouse turned cookie store.
The cookies were very bland. Borderline gross! Way too expensive for something to be that absolutely boring!
Also the girl at the counter treated me like a complete imbecile. I realized one cookie was free but I wasn’t going to not get something for my kids!
Oh and there were girls on the street corner advertising free cookies. I was at the eye glass place and very annoyed and turned off by their screaming and antics. That seems a huge disruption to the businesses around them!
I don’t think I’ll return. But thanks for a free, very bland cookie!
