The food and service here tonight were amazing. The salt and pepper shrimp was so friggin good! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The noodles were flavorful and not greasy. Some of the best food I’ve had out in years. Our server was so sweet and prompt, too

I use to like this restaurant until today, I had a take out order and the food was horrible, the sauce taste worst then Panda Express fake, pre made sauce. Panda Express actually taste better. Overly sweet, too salty, inedible greasy and gross.
When I called the owner he could care less and did not even offer to re cook or offer another chance for a service recovery. Owner could care less. It is a shame given that I have ordered catering, and patronized his restaurant for 3 years. He still could not event offer a credit for the horrible food I received. Worst customer experience, and I am in the hospitality industry. I’ll tell all of my hotel counterparts never use this restaurant. The meat and food taste fake, weird mystery meat, cheap bottled sauce.
Do not go, and give them business! Support other restaurants that care, and have quality food.

Service was horrible. Took the waitress 4 tries to take my order, constantly rushing off to another table for one reason or another. To make things worst, she unable (or unwilling..) to make any recommendation of dishes to try. I should have left right there without ordering food, big mistake.
The place looks like a mess, Covid style divides with restaurant supplies stored right next to diners. The bathroom was a mess and falling apart.
Food was below average.

I haven’t written a review in a very long time, but I’m so incensed with the treatment and action of this restaurant, I’m still fuming. I placed a large order ($200+, 15 dishes) online yesterday for a 4:15pm p/u today, and paid with my credit card. I don’t normally frequent this restaurant but I was responsible for dinner, and KPB is close to where we were meeting. The timing changed, so I called at 3:30p to change p/u to 5:30. Clearly, the gal on the line was confused, because she asked me to hold twice, then asked if she could call me back in 5. After 20 mins, she finally called back to say they have no record of the order. She actually said that maybe the chefs get the order closer to p/u time. What?! Really?! You work at this restaurant and you don’t know what the protocol is for online orders?! Which is probably your main source of business? But I digress. I asked if I could place it with her, and she actually seemed disgruntled that I would ask her to do that, I think clinging to the hope that the chefs would receive it later. But she painfully took the order, and gave me more attitude when I asked her to read it back. Looking back, I should’ve sensed by now that this wasn’t going to go well, but I didn’t have enough time to research another place. I got there at 5:25pm, and they still can’t find the order! And of course the gal that I spoke to is no longer there; shift change. I asked to speak to the manager and this gal said it was her. I started raising my voice, but all she asked was if I got a confirmation email (no), confirmation text (no), which is probably also not my fault. No apology, no ownership of error, no customer service whatsoever. Don’t waste your time here; go to Genghis Cohen (yes, they’re still open!)

Staff is friendly. I would AVOID Thai food from this restaurant. Worst peanut sauce I have ever tasted. The reason this is receiving 3 stars is the vegan chicken and broccoli was very good.

There are amazing vegan options! They have salads, soups and delicious dishes with meatless “meat”!
I ordered Beef with broccoli and corn soup and it was exactly that I wanted. Taste really good!
I recommend for vegans, vegetarians and their non-vegan friends 🙂

Ordered for the first time on Postmates. So pleasantly surprised! Haven’t tasted this delicious style of Chinese food in a while. Food came very quickly and still warm when arrived.
Chicken Lo Mein – my sister ordered this (I’m vegetarian), large portion size, she says it is standard deliciousness, nothing too special compared to other places but very yummy.
Hot Garlic Eggplant with Fried Tofu – very delicious, it actually wasn’t spicy (I have low spice tolerance too). So maybe the “hot” part of the name is not referring to spiciness? I wouldn’t know but I definitely appreciated that because I was worried about it being spicy prior to ordering so it was perfect for me!
Stir Fried Garlic String Beans – tasty, flavorful, fresh, and delicious.
Overall very happy with my order. Definitely plan on ordering again!
