Awful experiences inside the store.
The manager, Lisa is rude and seems to have an issue hording ice and cups.
Asked for a large cup of ice, she told us she couldn’t give it to us, not allowed. No problems, I offered to buy a large drink just for the ice, she got a clipped attitude and actually yelled at us and my mother decided she didn’t want to be berated and we left.
The second time months later, figured we’d give them the benefit. Bought all we ordered and things were fine, she wasn’t there, until the ice question came up again.
Once again, I said I’d be more than happy to buy a drink to get ice. And she walked behind her fellow employees and snapped back, “I told you we weren’t gonna give ice in a larger cup.” So, I said directly to her once more, “I said I’d buy a large cup and get the ice that way.” She pointed by me and said, “Kiosk is tight there.”
The other workers are fabulous and kind, just this over bloated ego maniac of a manager they have to work under.
Just don’t waste your time.

I come here every day for my morning, coffee before work. Yesterday , I unfortunately was met with attitude by the manager. I ordered an iced coffee with a Toasted white chocolate swirl and cookie butter, cold foam on top , instead the coffee was made with a toasted white almond shot and was Disgusting and bitter and actually not what I ordered , not a big deal just miscommunication whoever took the order Got it wrong. I asked for it to be remade due to the taste also I realized after the fact that they also just got the order completely wrong. I was told that it was not going to be remade and I could get a refund. After speaking calmly with the manager, and trying to her to understand the miscommunication and that I was not trying to give her a hard time I asked if she could, please remake the coffee as I spend my money here daily. She then responded that I always ask for the coffee to be remade which was totally untrue. I have only ever asked for it to be re made once, and this was my second time asking for a remake, and it was because both times they got my Order wrong. She ended up, remaking it for me but I just wish that I wasn’t met with such Attitude and that her solution was an automatic refund instead of servicing me Knowing that I literally go there every day. I have decided to just go to another Dunkin location where it won’t be such a big deal if I ask for my coffee to be made the way that I ordered it.

I was a daily customer of this Dunkin for many years. I order a frozen coffee daily and tip $1. This past week my coffee has been made incorrectly 3 times in 3 days. I usually don’t go back but let them know the next time I’m there. Today I returned to the store because it my coffee was separating within minutes and watery. When I returned I tried to have a conversation with Lisa the manager. She wasn’t in the mood and didn’t want to hear my problems. She said I was the problem and that I have no patience for they’re new employees. I was flabbergasted. Not one time did I get a refund or a free coffee for they’re training mistakes. Lisa’s attitude was unbelievable especially since I’m a regular customer. They’re medium coffee is $5.66 and I’m supposed to be ok with wasting money on coffee made incorrectly. She was so rude that she lost a customer. I know what working in food service is like and that’s why I tip daily. But that doesn’t mean anything to them. She needs to train them properly before handing out food and drinks made wrong. There’s so many Dunkin around that finding a better one should be easy. Lisa needs a personality makeover. She obviously doesn’t know how to treat people.

Stop to use the bathroom and purchase some things. The signs on the bathroom said “No Public restrooms”. So I asked if we purchase something can we use it. And who I’m imagining is the manager said “Yes” then said “Whats with the aggressiveness?” It was urgency, I had to go. She got very nasty w/us very quickly. She kept repeating “there’s a sign, did you not see the sign?” So I told my kids never mind, let’s go. And she continued to run her mouth aggressively saying stuff about the sign. Which should say “Customers only”. I see many other 1 star reviews and they all seem to about the manager. I feel bad for the other employees that work with her. They did nothing wrong.

Went through the drive thru and they didn’t give me everything I ordered. Got all the way to Tampa road and had to turn around. When I got back and asked for the manager, she handed me a cold sandwich and didn’t offer an apology for the mistake. Acted like I was inconveniencing her. But you all made sure I knew where the tip button was!! I tipped you to screw up my order and waste my time. I will never be back!
Your manager sucks! She is destroying your business!

Tried to order an order for our family on 1-4-2026 at 11:20 the girl who took our drive through order was very unprofessional and rude. She said she couldnt hear me so I raised my voice and she started yelling at me and was completely disrespectful. My family comes here quite often because its where we live around and with a family of 4 we easily drop $30 – $35 wiill take our hard earned money else where.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE!! I put in an order for 150 jelly donut holes over a day in advance. When I walk in 30 minutes before the party I am told “About that order, we don’t have them this time of year”. I asked why nobody thought to pick up a phone or send me an email yesterday when I could have made alternate arrangements, and got a blank stare.

Snackin bacon is almost $5 and this was packed in my Uber Eats. I literally order than for extra bacon for my wake up wrap because the bacon is skinny pieces you throw on there now this . SMH

Very sad I’m giving this review they’ve always been great to me but just the other day I actually bought the munchkins like I do almost every day- there new dark chocolate ones, and they proceeded to give me the completely wrong ones. I didn’t end up calling them the other day cause it wasn’t on the top of my mind and I was busy, so I called them the same time I ordered my food the exact next day and they said they can’t do anything for me because it wasn’t the same day they were made. Which was very aggravating, another thing is she said she wouldn’t be able to help me unless I had the receipt, keep in mind they never offer you the receipt nor put it on the bag. I will now personally go out of my way and get a 30pc and complain and say every single one of them was messed up and to replace them all.

Three young people working, nobody in line, no drive thru customers when we walked in. Stood there for five minutes while all three walked by ,made eye contact and completely ignored. When more customers walked in someone finally came to the register with a ‘ you’re bothering me” attitude. When our order came up, the employee announced our order but it was not completely correct so we assumed it wasn’t our order. She finally read the ticket and announced the order again, this time correctly. Attitude was just unnecessary. I’ll go to Dunkin again just not that store.
