This is a local bar in my hometown of Penn Hills, PA where I grew up. Bar where everyone knows your name and when I go home for a visit, I have to stop in and say hey to everyone. If your into sports especially golf this is the bar for you!! Now do you get why it’s called,” In the Ruff”. Stop in and tell Jonie or Bobby, Kim (Rudy&Cookie’s Daughter)sent you!!

Great beer prices. Free popcorn. Cash only, has an ATM though. Has some nice TVs, you can see them from any seat.
My only knock on the place is that you can smoke there, and it gets VERY smokey when its busy.

Vehicle Vices
Best place in the area for a quick beer, and meeting with local friends . Good service. Not very big, but lots of TV to watch the games. Owner keeps the place in good shape. He throws out the nasty drunks, so you don’t have to put up with them!!!!!!!!!

Nice vibe. Busy but low key. Sports bar with an emphasis on golf. Bring cash or use the high fee atm. Great beer prices though. $2 for an iron city draft.
