Let me keep it real with you here. This is the first time I’ve sat down somewhere that I can have a burrito from Taco Bell, and a chicken wing from KFC in my mouth simultaneously.
It was empowering. God, we’ve come so far as humans.
The kitchen was a well oiled machine, and the lady who took our order definitely gave her manager a doctor’s note saying she could have a chair and sit down at the register while taking orders, lol.

This is for the TACO BELL part of this restaurant it id EMBARRASSING. Tacos are barely filled and the burritos all taste like bean burritos because they refuse to add adequate amounts of meat. the worst part is you will always fight to get REGULAR amounts of sauce. Order an entire combo and you’re getting packets 2 sauces max unless u argue for more. HORRIBLE.

This KFC/TACO BELL was quite busy, but they still got orders out and through the drive thru in a timely manner. Now, the food was pretty good and at the right temperature. Plus, customer service was good as well

Atmosphere: Just went there and the lady at front desk just kept glancing at me. To my knowledge restaurant lines are usually wait until you are called up. So then she was like “Well are you going to order something” she didn’t even greet me or anything. So I ordered, with no assistance from her tbh as far as menu navigation. Honestly I didn’t make a fuss as I just wanted to get my food and leave. I get home to eat.

Lo and behold the food taste as though its been out for a day. Even by fast food standards it had a terrible aftertaste and tasted like the beans were left out in the open for a day

Awful kitchen service. There’s no sense of URGENCY in here!!! Has customers waiting for over 10 min for a take out order while seeing workers laugh/joke around like they have all the time in the world. It’s a shame, this place could make bank.

No complaints yet. Been here 3 times since moving and both chicken and Taco Bell have always been good. If you’ve had either one well this is exactly like the others. Only thing is you can’t order online for w.e reason.

High volume location that tends to be understaffed and slow moving. This also affects overall quality- location is average to sub par.
Watch the greasy floor when you walk in with wet shoes! There really should be a front end mop, and a behind the counter mop to prevent mishaps.

I waited well over seven minutes for my order to be taken at the drive-through I was at the machine and then I’m waiting another five minutes at the window and then they tell me to pull up and wait for my food. This place sucks.

This place is an absolute joke. Service is incredibly slow in the drive through cars are always driving off. I once sat in the damn drive thru for 30 minutes to wait for 2 tacos that I already paid for. Had I not already paid I would of driven off. The few other times I’ve came here I waited about 20-30 mins too. Will not be coming back to this place again. Corporate seriously needs to get hold of this situation because like what the hell.
