I waited nearly two hours for my Happy Joe’s Pizza order with no updates or apology, and when it finally arrived it was ice cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting around forever; paying full price for delivery and getting cold food and zero communication is completely unacceptable, and with so many better pizza places out there, I won’t be ordering from Happy Joe’s again. Also I called about 3 times for them to finally consider looking and seeing where my delivery driver was located, and when it arrived it was terrible food! I don’t recommend ordering food from here!!

So I do love Happy Joe’s taco favorite anywhere. But price is high so I and ñ save it ASAP treat. I received a coupon in the mail for my birthday for $10 off so yep i was hungry for it then. Took my family to eat out. Ordered taco of course, they also ordered happy Joe’s special and the chicken bacon ranch. Ordered onion rings and garlic bread with cheese. Onion rings came out first and was a tower. Tasted great. Then all the pizzas came out. No garlic bread. Waitress came back indicating only 2 order put in and put two more on. So you can see on the toast where one cheese looks tossed and plopped on and you can also see the difference on the two new ones versus the other two you can see sat. But the waitress came out with the bread indicating already added a credit for 50 off the bread.

This location is literally the worst happy joes…tastes like nothing and trash. And they have terrible ingredients ( like black lettuce). Then can’t get simple orders right…Then instead of giving money off for the mess up they made my lady wait for a new pizza while the 3 others got cold for almost 30 mins, when doing a pick up. I’ve literally met Joe and there is no way he would be ok with any of this…always go to the oldest location

Quick delivery and delicious Taco and BBQ beef pizza. Was very disappointed with the desert pizza, didn’t even have icing! Bland and dry.
Update:
On the positive side the delivery driver was friendly? Not sure the pizza could get worse than last time but it did. $30 for a Nacho Joe with sparse toppings and hardly a layer of sauce, undercooked supreme…..fool me twice jokes on me! Definitely won’t be returning.
Update:
Attempted to recreate our awesome meal and were brought back to the usual. Out of stock on an item listed on their website, BBQ Beef pizza with hardly a dusting of cheese, and lukewarm dry Nacho Joe. Bummer.
Five star! We ordered for delivery on a Saturday night and we were pleasantly surprised at the quickness of delivery. The Nacho Joe was perfectly made and still hot! Definitely reminiscent of years ago. Will order again!

Placed order at 5 pulled up to the drive through since they changed it to drive through or delivery only. And had to wait 20 extra minutes behind a sitting car in the drive through. With no one at the window. Turns out the car at the window was just sitting as they pulled off after we called to see what was going on. If you guys are gonna change it to drive through and delivery only make sure you have someone at the window managing it correctly. The pizza is already expensive and when I arrive at the time it’s supposed to be done. Which it was it was in the warmer. I shouldn’t have to wait an extra 20 minutes. Do better

Ordered a taco salad with extra chips and extra sour cream. Very disappointed. No extra anything. Lettuce was huge. When you order a salad, you should not have to cut it up. Salad should be bite sized pieces

Messed up the order on the advertised special, we picked up as were many others. Understandably still. However, it’s been YEARS since we’ve had Happy Joe’s and cold or not (it was cold, lol) it was a good takeout for nearly 100° day, along with an amazing special offer. We’ll be back, probably for dining in or at another location before the special is no longer available.

So love happy joes but just be careful when ordering the salads. Check your lettuce. I got a delivery for a salad and some apps and I flipped the salad over and every piece of lettuce was brown and slimy. Some were furry from mold. The lady said when she was putting it together she was wondering if she should change the lettuce but sent it anyway. They refunded me my money and brought me a new one with fresh lettuce. Just be careful.

The girl that took my to go order was absolutely amazing great customer service!! Awesome personality and helpful with everything I wanted. I ordered a taco pizza and a couple desserts and she was patient and positively happy the whole order. I rarely give compliments to businesses because like most people I forget to when I walk out the door or get off the phone. As a server myself, the impression she left me and the customer service was absolutely impeccable. So I will definitely be giving my business to this store again because of her!

This place is really a hit or miss for me, the price isnt terrible especially if you use your punch card I do recommend starting one for a free buffet, the waiter/waitressing does have quite a turn over rate but overall it does hit the spot with how high prices can be on pizzas in general, i do frequent this location a lot but change it up every so often I would say the best time to hit the buffet for hot pizza would be the 12-12:30pm range. Though the hours are from 11am-1:30pm give it a try for yourself.
