Always an awful drive through experience. Also, I’m already paying way too much for a half filled drink, but being handed the cc machine every time to awkwardly feel obligated to tip off of zero quality customer service is crazy.

Today when I arrived there was a super long line in the drive thru. I moved through the drive thru line quickly. When I arrived I remembered it was BOGO day. I showed my code to Liam and asked if I could add a drink. He let me add my drink and made it quickly. He was super upbeat and kind. I hope this makes it back to him. Great customer service!

Drinks are good, but my biggest gripe about any coffee place is within iced coffee. I always ask for light ice and so far the only place to really listen to that is Scooter’s locations. I’m pretty disappointed, but not surprised that Starbucks also doesn’t look for light ice when I make my mobile orders.

Update: Filled out a form for my discontent and was given a charge back. I tried again, but without mobile order and light ice was given to me! A bit disappointed that it’s not looked at for mobile order but I guess that’s how it goes.

I ordered at the 27th & Pinelake store today. My order was a venti iced coffee black, Grande iced dirty chai with oat milk and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. I paid over $27.00 with a credit card. When I got home one of the drinks was NOT a grande iced dirty chai but some tea drink that my daughter-in-law could not drink .

So I would REALLY like my money back for that drink that I did NOT order. She had to eat her sandwich without a drink.

I just bought this a few minutes ago and this is the size of a medium and it’s full of ice, not the drink thst i order. Please take this into consideration. Fill it at least three quarters for the drink and a quarter for the ice.

Horrible experience this morning at this location. Placed mobile order to be picked up in lobby to have a meeting with co-workers.
Unfortunately this location refused to give me a refund. They forced me to waste more of my time this morning but waiting on hold to talk to three different people to finally get a refund issued.
I know for a fact that the store itself can issue mobile order refunds. I’ve had to do it many times before across the country. Sadly, Starbucks closing lobbies has become a tactic they consider normal now every since the “pandemic”
I don’t appreciate the poor management at this location… not only are they forcing me to call the 1-800 number to refund my order because they don’t want to take the time out of their day to do it person but they also can’t keep enough staff to apparently run a store front as it should be ran. I only choose Starbucks over other coffee shops because of the lobby it has.

Starbucks has wasted so much of my time this morning that I’m just gonna keep it going and make sure I do everything I can to correct this issue.

27th and Yankee Hill Location REVIEW! This location is hands down the best in the city of Lincoln ….BB and her staff are very good at customer service and product delivery….I feel that they have definitely gone back to the older style business model of customer 1st , always a friendly message on my tea in the morning that is nice to see….They care about the customers!!!!!
