Kitchen interaction was great while ordering. The bacon double combo was better than the average Sonic and my car hop was good enough I wish I would’ve been carrying cash to tip her. Which I don’t normally while traveling someplace “new”. The outside was pretty well taken care of and wasn’t trashy. However, the lid to the Carmel Milkshake didn’t fit properly causing a sticky mess on my console and loss of a third of the product.

This has got to be the worst Sonic ever. Half of the drive up stalls are inoperable, the service is real slow, and the trash cans look like they haven’t been emptied in a few days. This sonic needs some serious help

I went through the drive-through early Monday morning. The people inside were busy talking and not paying attention to the customers. I have another complaint. Why is it that they never offer you your change even if it’s a penny up to $.80 why don’t they give you your change back if I wanted to tip someone I will do it because I want to not because they took it

The reason I am giving two stars because the cashier was disappointed as I was that the order was wrong. And they wont that busy at all. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a large sweet tea. Waited 5 minutes to 8 minutes to get a burned grilled cheese sandwich and unsweetened tea. I asked the cashier for a another tea only to wait a semi sweet tea. Very disappointed in this location customer service. Never coming back.

Sonic has good food. However, the door is always so filthy that you have to leave to go enjoy your food because the door will make you lose your appetite. The windows are covered so you can’t see what’s going on inside. When they first came our kids loved to look at the people inside. Now, what are they hiding.
When you Doordarshan from them, they won’t seal your food anymore can put anything in it. Won’t do that again.

Every time I come back, it’s gotten worse. The service is terrible!! It takes up to 20 minutes to get a drink, A Drink!!! I mean seriously, how long does it take to fix a drink??!!! I wouldn’t even come back except it’s close to my work. Also, the carhops have a habit of counting my change wrong, I have been shorted several times. On a few occasions, they have just kept the change without even asking if I wanted it or not, how freakin rude!!!
