I’m speechless. They’re so amazing! Ray helped us order because we were completely clueless. She helped us pick the most amazing drink and then when we told her it was our birthday she was so happy and they even wrote happy birthday on our drinks!! Then for no reason they gave us five pins! They’re just the best!! We love the people working there.

My wife and I have a weekly coffee date. For the past 2 years. We’ve been going to Starbucks, but their lack of menu option varieties and consistency in making the drinks caused me to look elsewhere. I found this Dutch Brothers on Riverdale and have been religiously going ever since! These guys are amazing. They put little tape covers over the mouth hole of your drink so it doesn’t spill everywhere in your car, unlike Starbucks. I swear that Dutch Brothers has new flavors every other week. The baristas are super courteous and nice. Pretty much the exact opposite of any Starbucks. I’ve been to. Keep it up. Dutch Bros!

I ordered a golden Eagle chai with an extra shot of espresso. I was very adamant on half sweet. As late as possible on the caramel drizzle. So you can imagine my surprise when I took one drink and was met with the sweetest chai I have ever had. It was disgusting. It was so sweet. I could not drink it. I finally made it home and went to dump out my cup of this sweet drink. And the bottom portion of my cup was soaking with caramel. I don’t understand why they can’t follow simple directions, especially when you have clarified it to your order taker and to the woman that is making the coffee do better Dutch Bros because this experience sucked.

Another fantastic visit to Dutch Bros. Grateful we gave Dutch Bros a try. It took a few trips til we found drinks that we like, but now we love the drinks we get! We have always had amazing customer service and for that reason alone we will continue to return and try new drinks.
Flash forward a few more visits and this is still our go to place for coffee and other drinks! I have never had bad customers service at a Dutch Bros. Grateful for the customer service and the drinks we get.

The best Dutch bros I’ve ever been to. Even if there is a closer Dutch Bros to me, I go to this one. The drinks are always good. David runs the store well, it always looks clean and the crew is amazing. They are friendly, fun and always in good spirits. I would list them all by name but it would take too many characters.

The drinks are absolutely prime and well crafted. They make other coffee chain drinks taste like battery acid. I’m exclusively drinking Dutch Bros from here on out. Also, the staff’s energy and talent is second to none. Every time I have a bad day, I know I can reset here. Justin, Amanda, David, Marina, Jennica, and about four other Broistas whose names I don’t know, have always made me the best cold brews and Aftershock Rebel drinks, and have given me and my whole family a sanctuary of good energy to chill at. Plus, collecting the stickers on the first Wednesday of every month and on random sticker days is so much fun! It’s like Pokemon with caffeine!

I love Dutch Bros other locations, but since the Riverdale one opened ,I have had the worst experiences here. They are out of things, run out of promotions extra quick, not as good at customer service. Just not a great experience compared to Layton or the Ogden locations at all. I decided I’ll go out of my way to go to the other ones

Holy hell I’ve never been to a slower Dutch bros. Genuinely so slow. The girl working 10/16 at 1:30 sat and talked to the car in front of me for 5 minutes while her coworker sat and took everyone’s order.
