Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at Senior Baja’s in Rancho Cucamonga.
We ordered shrimp tacos, expecting the same quality and portion size we’re used to from another Senior Baja’s location in the same city. Same name, same menu, same price — so naturally, we expected the same product.
What we received was noticeably different. The tacos were literally about half the size, and the amount of shrimp and toppings was significantly less. The difference wasn’t subtle, it was obvious.
I called to speak with the manager to ask why the tacos were so small. I was told, “We run our restaurant differently.” When I asked why the price was the same if the portions were smaller, I was again told, “Because we run it differently.” The conversation ended with, that manager telling me “Well, now you know.”
As a customer, that response was disappointing. Consistency is one of the reasons people return to chain restaurants. If portion sizes and quality vary that drastically, pricing should reflect that or at least it should be communicated clearly.
I’m sharing this so others are aware. Unfortunately, after this experience, we’ll be sticking to the other location

The Al Pastor burrito absolutely destroyed my boy. I’ve never seen him clean out his colon so much, it was a 2 flusher in 2 separate bathrooms to get the job. 10/10 we love this restaurant and will be back.

Went to the Ranch Cucamonga location. Friendly staff. Interesting but data decor. Mostly clean. Good vibe though. Wife and I ordered just tacos. I have quite a few items though. We both ordered al pastor, carne asada and fish tacos. Everything was delicious. If i’m ever back in Rancho Cucamonga. Definitely stopping by again

These are some of the best fish tacos ive ever had, place is small, it’s decorated nicely and the service was quick. We also had the milanesa torta and I loved the orange salsa they provide, so good!

Good fish tacos. A little pricey for the tacos but that’s the way things are these days. I will be coming back. This was our first time here. Plan to try some different items on the menu.

I haven’t had fish tacos for a while and I have to tell you this place hits the spot. Sooooo good, you could actually taste the fish. The fish is not overpowered by batter or mayo, just perfect oh make sure to ask for lime and green salsa, it just takes your fish tacos to next level yum! I’m salivating as I’m writing this review…

I just stopped off at this Senior Baja’s today and had the best fish taco again. Every few locations never fail to disappoint. It was the best again. I just want to give a shout out to these excellent employees as their service at drive thru was exceptional, taco exceptional and very friendly and helpful. Was there at about 2:15pm on a Friday. Love the food.
