Whoever the bartender was on Thursday night the 15th of January. Should not even have a job. The worst case of bartenders I’ve experienced. I will never go back there again if she is there don’t know her name but she was a black girl.

Everything is great, good friendly service, good food, especially the California burger, and the fried fish. If you’re one to get to know the regulars there’s a few that love to tell stories about their service. Sunday breakfasts are also a great welcome perk after hunting in the morning when it’s cold.

I’ve been to more American Legions and VFW’S than most, and I can HONESTLY say the VFW in Princeton, MN has the atmosphere / environment of Cheers….There is a tall blonde bartender there that can put a smile on your face on your worst of days….She TRULY has a gift for making customers want to come back….

If you’re looking for a STIFFD DRINK and to get the most bang for your buck, the PRINCETON VFW is bar none / hands down the place for you ..

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THIS PLACE A VISIT…..:-)

HAPPY REPEAT CUSTOMER…

The wifi was really week and the layout of the whole place is weird and awkward. I played some music in the back room for a retirement party. Load in load out was awkward as well. The staff were nice and friendly and there was a game on the TVs. I can’t comment about the drinks as I didn’t have any. The restrooms could have used some work too.

First visit here. From what I observed this is not an actual VFW post. This is an establishment that needs a bouncer and military principles do not exist. As a veteran I was disgusted at rhe the lack of respect shown to women. I was also disgusted by the actions of many of the patrons. I will not be back. If you are a veteran like me please boycott this UnAmerican post that has no morals.

Good drinks, good people, small town talk. Nothing wrong with it. No outdoor smoking and tends to close fairly early.
