Horrible location always mess up orders. Unfortunately it’s the closest location to me tried to place order at another location just to avoid this one but they are closed. I placed an order at 5pm to be picked up at 6pm. Arrived and it wasn’t ready until 6:40pm pizza didn’t even go into the oven until 6:22pm and my pizza was burnt that it looked like it has bacon bits. Was told if I wanted a new one it would be about 45 mins for a classic pep. Leaving right now and they have 10 other people waiting on pizzas. Management needs to do better.

I accidentally placed my order for an hour ahead of when I wanted it, quickly called to try and see if it could be made sooner. Spent 15 mins trying to call just to have the line hung up in my face every time. I drove down there and it was extremely slow so why are y’all not answering the phone? The first guy just looked at me when I walked in and proceeded to take his phone out. Like be serious. Say hi at least while you pull the phone out. Went from trying to get it made sooner to just cancelling it. Go to another location

When you place a pick up order here it will be late and then they use the pick up portal and you have to wait in line again to ask for your crazy sauce because they dont put it in the pick up portal and then you will get home to realize the pizza you ordered that was late is burnt and dry they need more employees

Halloween night was very busy to say the least. They had tons of people waiting in the lobby but still managed to keep smiles and a positive attitude while getting hostile, and disrespectful comments from other customers. Even tho the wait was over an hour for most of everyone’s orders you guys did the best you could and you all were working as a team and were effectively communicating with each other and switching off tasks so things would stay as organized as possible. For when leadership/management reads this review please know that the crew working Halloween night between 8-9:30 did everything they could to make that establishment run as smoothly as they could with the resources they had. To the lady who was between the front and boxing the pizzas I am sorry for the rude comments from one customer who was cussing you out. Please know you couldn’t have handled it any better than the way you did!

I don’t know what you expect from an online order to pick up from a slot in an automated metal chamber that is reminiscent of the Fifth Element (want some more?), while the people that are cooking your food are in their own zone and they don’t really care. I don’t really go to Little Caesars but that’s the reason why I really don’t go to Little Caesars is because I really don’t go to Little Caesars. I don’t expect much from them and I’m lucky if I get food the taste good. So if you can order like three pizzas for 30 bucks in this economy, I feel like you’re doing well.

Such a scrappy place I dont see how it stays busy. First time ordering from them tonight and it was terrible. Ordered at 7:06 and didn’t get my food until 8:30. Everything was stone cold and I didn’t even receive the sauce I paid for. The cheesesteak puffs had two of them looking pre-chewed and the people brave enough to try the other two said it was disgusting couldn’t even eat it. The pizza tasted raw even after having to reheat it in the oven due to it being ice cold. And it made me feel sick. Total waste of money and they have the nerve to deny a refund for their mistakes. Will never order again. Lesson learned always check the reviews first.

Giant strand of hair through a few pieces, I call in and the response “Since you started eating it, there’s nothing we can do.” Followed with “Well if you come back, we can get you another pizza.”
No apology, no owning up to it. My child was eating while I went to grab my slices when I saw it.
I understand if I don’t have Much product left, options are limited but wow.
Check for hair nets the next time you pick up.

Ordered two pizzas for home delivery and the driver never came. Looking at the application, it showed delivered. Called customer service and they claimed not delivered. They claimed that they would do a full refund, but if I still want it – to order again. That will NEVER happen again.

Every time I come in here, all the employees on duty have an earbud in their ears, they don’t know how to do anything, and customers get ignored. It’s 8:15pm on 5/21 and I’m watching the employees toss bags of crazy bread from almost across the store. Not sure who’s running the place, but no shift has ever been flawless.
Edit since things have clearly not changed: they barely acknowledge their mistakes. Brought back some overcooked bread sticks. They gave me another set of 8 that was sitting in the warmer. I asked for extra butter and Parmesan for the inconvenience of having to come back to fix their mistake. I was told “sorry I can’t do that”. It’s butter and Parmesan, which costs the store maybe a couple of cents. Employee in question for the last one also looks high while on duty. Attached is the picture. The replacement batch photo is also attached. They’ve been getting shorter and shorter, absolutely no quality control or pride in their work.
