Friendly staff, and a cool little spot. I mean little, just a few seats. Great beer list, knowledgeable bartenders. I had a beef on weck that was tasty and well done indeed. A fun little hole in the wall that’s well worth a visit, especially if you enjoy good brew, but they have a great wine list too, something for everyone!

We booked a private glass blowing class for my husband’s birthday and we had the best time! Steven was awesome in teaching us and really wanted to make sure we had a good time and got to make everything we wanted. He also gave us free wine/beer and food. My friend said the chopped Italian was better than his local Italian deli. The wine selection and beer selection is also great. This is a wonderful local find and we will definitely be back.

Steven and Katie provide amazing service, great tasting beer, and an out-of-this-world gargantuan Italian sub (among other delicious food items). The other sandwich pictured is the Beef on Weck that I ordered on my second visit. It was equally delectable.
In addition, the store will stay open past 7 if there are still customers inside. If you come after 7, they will likely still serve you.
Overall, you can’t go wrong with Crafted!

Wonderful experience! Nice true local owners continue to enhance the community vibe. Great local and NE local craft beer on tap right off the bike trail (W&OD) and good rotation practices with the cans. There is wine there too. A good place to walk in and grab to-gos or stay to hang and watch sports.
Nice partnerships to include Moms Apple pie available too.
The “old Ashburn” strip is getting stronger. Please no more townhomes on this road and more small businesses.

I work right around the block so try to head out and pick up some beer every couple of weeks. The owners are so welcoming and warm, and will always remember you. I’m so glad to have this little shop nearby, and happy to support a local business! Great beers and looks like great wine too. 🙂

The term “hidden gem” is often used but not always accurate. In the case of Crafted Bistro it could not be more spot on. Tucked away in the Old Town Center shopping plaza in old town Ashburn you’ll want to make sure you use GPS because you do not want to miss out on all the Crafted has to offer. An impressive list of difficult to find beers on tap and an even wider selection available in bottles and cans to purchase. There there’s their well curated wine list that features high quality wines at reasonable prices. But wait, there’s more. The food is phenomenal, especially their cheese and meat boards, the Chopped Italian sandwich and the Beef on Weck. Having said all that, the best thing about Crafted is the atmosphere. Steven and Katie make you feel at home, as if you’re in their home. Crafted is a unique place that sets it above and apart from anything else in the area.

Great owner, great shop, incredible selection of beers, seltzers, wines, delicious menu, works with other local businesses like Nordic Knot and Empty Bowl Queso. We’ve been following him since his Haymarket location, rediscovered his hard-earned reopening in Loudoun. Don’t miss his gorgeous hand blown glass decor. So many great gift ideas. We definitely recommend this small business.
