First time here, came to just grab a drink and snack to relax. It’s a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The barista recommended the berry chocolate latte. It came in a real mug for here which is always nice! They also decorated it very pretty. It was nice and balanced. I got a bagel and the cashier recommended the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese, which was a solid choice and tasty pairing! You don’t usually see strawberry cream cheese at coffee shops but more should offer it! I just wish you guys had more food options, but overall good experience:)

I truly enjoy this place. I come here 3 to 5 times a week, sometimes I get gourmet coffee sometimes I just get a drip coffee. They’re always so friendly so informative. It’s a great clean environment. I am just really satisfied with this coffee house. I look forward to seeing the same faces every day.

Banana muffin was fire. Would return for that muffin alone, so good!
Iced latte was fine. All the syrup was collected at the bottom, almost like the cold milk was added first, instead of hot espresso to melt and meld the syrup. So I had to use a utensil and scrape and stir the syrup at the bottom to incorporate it into the drink and not get mouth fulls of syrup only.
Not my favorite, but not the worst.
Weird nuance, the height of the high top chairs are out of balance with the height of the tables. Does this really affect anything? No, but it’s also kind of awkward / uncomfy.

I absolutely love this coffee house and the staff are always so nice and welcoming. The coffee and food is also top teir. I’m a little sad to see that they took down their corkboard in the lobby since it was always fun to see all the new messages and art on the board. Still recommend the shop but I hope they bring the board back.

Friendliest barista’s! Asked my questions, customized my drink to have it not as sweet, tried a 16oz Gingerbread latte called gumdrop buttons, they let me add more coffee when I was almost finished with my drink which is super friendly & accommodating. I was in line for the property tax man , but this place made my wait worth it. Thank you!

Still the best oat milk chai latte in Kansas City. Our go-to spot when we are in the area. The pastries are great every time and it’s always quiet and chill if you need a place to read, meet up with a friend, or pull out the laptop to catch up on work. Cannot say enough great things!

Great staff, big smiles. Big, gooey cinnamon rolls! Very good coffee. And the atmosphere is very laid back. It’s in an old building on the square. Old wood, squeaky floors…love it.
