We came in around 12:50 pm, waited 15 minutes to get food just for it to be cold and gross. The place wasn’t busy, everybody was just standing around. When my husband proceeded to ask for a refund they said they couldn’t do that. Pathetic, slow, and disrespectful. Will never go there again.

My food is disgusting. Both of my Whoppers are burnt on the buns and the bacon was raw. Neither of my chicken sandwiches had any toppings and are undercooked. My fries are old, cold and soggy. The jalapeno poppers taste old and undercooked. This is absolutely disgusting. And they refused to give me my sauces.

I sit in the drivethru for over 6 Minutes before they take my order so that they can get their count down on how long it takes them to process my order . And then I have to wait while they let other vehicles go because they’re not paying any attention to who’s their first because they can’t just process them as they come horrible experience, waiting in the drive-through at the speaker with no one in front of me to take my order

Wow BK at the end of Broadway stepping it up, that new asst manager was great, he was courteous and took his time taking our order which was one of their biggest downfalls before. Food was top notch and everything on our order was correct. I’ll definitely be back, whatever ya got going on in there keep it up that’s the winning combo…

Went through drive through this morning, as i pulled up to the speaker I noticed 1 pickup in the parking lot. I sat at the speaker for 7 minutes and nobody noticed. I’ve been to this location several times for breakfast and never had an issue. It is on my way to work, so it’s pretty convenient. Nobody answered, I even pulled up to the window and the one employee was at the counter and nobody else to be seen. I drove away without breakfast, disappointed and hungry. Heather is an excellent manager, but she cannot do it all.

Ordered pickup for the first and last time. I got there a little early so I just sat and waited. Waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Every customer that came through after me was served right away so I finally went up to the counter (5 minutes AFTER my pickup time) and they hadn’t even started it. They called the order out and got it to me and the burger wasn’t even close to warm. On top of the cold burger was bitter lettuce. Do NOT recommend if you expect quality or speed.

Food is sometimes right, different person at the window each time, always get told to pull up and wait and sometimes it’s a half hour to get your order even when not busy. The inside is kinda stark and you definitely miss the TV with cartoons and the play area.

The cashier that took our order was very kind and helpful. Haven’t been to Burger King in a while but the last month have been to this location 2 times and both times have been very nice. The cashier even came over to our table to make sure everything was good for me my wife and son!!

I went in on June 1st in the evening for a whopper meal. The staff was very busy but had an excellent attitude! The manager, Travis was on top of the game and I got my food very quickly and it was delicious
