Everytime I come to this location now it’s not a drivethru. There were 9 cars told to pull in the parking spaces to the right to wait for their food. We waited for 20 minutes for 3 chicken finger meals and one grilled chicken sandwich. The people that work there aren’t friendly and this location has major issues. This has been ongoing for the last several times I’ve been. This has always been a great location and I don’t know what has happened. This is the pictures of my sandwich There is 3 pounds of mayonnaise and the lettuce is absolutely gross. Very disappointed

First off I’d like to approach the “manager” on duty with the dirty look she gave me while using the coupon I had with me. And second I’d like to approach the way the employees are by not greeting their costumers. I’m the one that has to say “hello?” I’m in their territory, you come to my house I’ll greet you, I come to yours you greet me. Ordered the surf and turf for the first time. Via DoorDash. Got the coleslaw and a side large fry. Got the shrimp, over cooked badly and no fork for the coleslaw. Didn’t get any chicken at all as you can see from the picture. Negative if I could give it, lazy and pitiful.

Our group meets here regularly and we had the best service today. Emily Green was so kind to bring out our orders to our table! We understand that that is not always possible but she really showed compassion for our group that has different abilities. It really helped the members of our group and enjoyed her friendly, caring service!

I went through the drive thru on June 19 and they said they didnt have an item (which was literally right in the menu) and after upcharging me for a meal (when i only got a 10 pc boneless) they gave me my order. When i opened it up, it was the smallest 10 “boneless wings” i have ever seen. Almost half the size of the other zaxby’s across town. Why am i paying over $10 for such a small amount of food that couldnt even feed a baby? I could go across the street to Top Thai and get a lunch portion with twice the amount of food for less. The portion size, service, and price is unacceptable and they didnt give me a refund when i asked for it.

The service could have been better. Asked the young gentleman if they chilly-cheese-fries. he said no. then i asked will do you guys serve some sort of meal that’s along that line in fries. he says no again and place my order i go to drive around and there is a sign saying chicken and cheese fries!! so i had to go back through and order again. i’m very confused on this question and answer. so i said we’ll what’s up with that and he goes nonchalantly it’s basically chilled cheese fries. without the chilly but with chicken! Some one please help society we’re all doomed!i
