I ordered online the food was great but I thought the whole restaurant was open but when I went to go inside to pick up my food the doors were locked no where did it say the hours were different for the drive through and the building so instead I had to sit in the drive through for about 20 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready
I understand I ordered at a later time but I checked the hours to make sure you were open well past midnight and ordered online to make it easier for everyone so I could go home and eat after work

I come here literally twice a week, the last 4 times ive gotten something with carnitas. Everytime it comes out as crock pot pulled pork. Theres no crispys, no flavor, its one big pile of slop.

This was our first time trying this place and was hoping it was good ….. Well it was DELICIOUS!! We just moved to the area and we’re looking for a Good real Mexican restaurant and this place hits home !! The Meat has the right flavors the salsas are perfect and the Mexican drinks are perfect as well!! If your new to the area and come from a place where there’s Mexican food everywhere well this is the place !!! I highly recommend and the staff was wonderful and friendly will definitely be back ! Thanks !!!

Just ordered a green chili burrito pork told them NO RICE told them 3 times she even repeated it back to me and said no rice got home right now to find nothing BUT RICE in the burrito and few pieces of pork smh ill be going to a different location hopefully they understand English better.

The portions are usually always on point. I’ve ordered the Big Sioux burrito maybe 25 times in my life. A few times through third party. A majority of those times through third party, the burrito would come dry and with inadequate amounts of certain toppings like cheese. I stopped ordering cause the apps won’t stand behind your complaints if it keeps happening so now you won’t get any of my business if I can help it. But man, when they make it to perfection like they should, it’s a killer burrito to eat when you’re hungry. Also this place smells like pure chemical and I would never want to eat inside. Think of like walking into a pool full of fabuloso like those purple bottles. Heavily fragrenced which I’m sure it isn’t healthy for anyone.

Let me tell you no English at all. 1st of all i ordered a vegetarian tavo and they ended up giving me a chicken in it. And i told them to replace it and with green sauce and the server didn’t understand but they gave mr pork?? I told them no meat. And server and the chef are rude and very ignorant instead of being sorry they started arguing . They thing they’re in mexico . But I ended up canceling the order and very bad experience will not be going there i was visiting from out of town. and if you are vegetarian or any diet restrictions then u better speak Spanish cause there is no way they will understand any English. I wonder how did they pass their food or sanitation license. I hope owner sees this and retrain the server and chef. But I had very bad experience.

I’m new to the area, first time at this place. I have questions. I hope the photos show it, but the ground beef was very red in color. It didn’t look like a sauce, but more like raw hamburger. Is this normal? I’ve learned some places serve hamburger at a med-rare as a norm, does Giliberto’s do this for their tacos? Undecided if I’ll go back.

This was the 5th and final time trying this place. Besides the overly complicated menu, the food is not very good. I’ve tried something different every time. The torta was terrible. The Carne Asada was very tough and bread was so soggy everything would just fall out. Barely any lettuce or guacamole, flavorless.
