I have a grandson that needs a sub sandwich once a week the man that runs the Subway shop is getting to know my grandson pretty well and knows exactly what he orders now before he even comes into the line he’s very respectful my grandson he knows my grandson is autistic and he takes the time to ask my grandson on his sandwich and makes it the way my grandson says.

Placed an order on the app, picked up order and drove home. 2 pieces of my order were left out, left 2 of my kids at home to eat because their food was in the bag, went back to the store and they first refused to give me my items until I drove home and got the other food. Excuse me but if i wanted to lie about their mistake I could just leave items at home and say they were missing. Little miss Attitude rolled her eyes when I requested to speak to a manager and reluctantly called her, rolling her eyes the whole time and wearing her face mask around her neck (where it stayed the whole time i was there, she never actually wore it on her face). I finally got my missing items but will not be ordering from here again. No excuse for rudeness.

Everytime I call in a order it is wrong. This time I paid for extra stuff did not receive it and my sub was cold not toasted like I asked. Normally I would just eat it and forgive but it is ridiculous Everytime you use their call in service they get it wrong even after you repeat it to them twice to make sure they got everything.

hi there everyone and I just love eating at the subway in corburn va and I love the people that works at the subway they are good people when they are waiting on the customers and there food at the subway is always going to be good to eat and I would highly recommend everyone to go to the subway and try there food at the subway when you get a chance
