worst place ever!!!! I have ordered from this Wendy’s two days in a row now and both times I got the wrong order, Yesterday i ordered a coca cola, sprite and sweet and sour sauce and when i received my food I had gotten dr pepper and sweet chili sauce and not only that but the sprite tasted like straight up metal sink water. Today I ordered dr pepper and ketchup sauce and I received a root beer!! disgusting. I also didn’t get any sauce at all! and when i went back to the drive through to talk to the dumb ai bot the worker was mad at me for being upset over the mishap. GET RID OF THE BOT ASAP!!! and however was working today 10/11 at 10pm you are very disrespectful.

Ordered online went to pick it up and the reciept was correct but the burgers they put in the bag wasn’t it ain’t that hard look at the receipt and put what the person ordered in the bag it’s as easy as being a kid an playing with that toy where you put the blocks in the right shapes not hard get y’all shit together…

Good evening. As I approached the Wendy’s in Pawtucket located at 368 Cottage St it was already an awkward moment pulling up to the drive thru. They appeared to be closed at 11:13 even though the hours for this location are until 1AM. The lights of the drive thru was off so there was no visibility of the drive thru lane. The women taking the order was very rude and hostile as she was not taking the order properly. As a paying customer approaching the window the lady began to become more aggressive. She insisted as I was to far from the window, now If she hadn’t try to close your estamblisment earlier than the hours, I would have been able to be in the proper area of the drive thru window. I got out of my car to pay this women and she continued with this ignorance as she tried to close the window and did not want to talk my paying order. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable, I come to support the business and get disrespected.. how so? My order number is #3301 total of $13.35.

This place is not somewhere to return,this is the second time I’ve been there and they can’t get things right at all. I went in asking for a sandwich they couldn’t complete and was told right when im about to pay. I ask to replace the sand which with a full sized sand which and to simply put in some bacon. Instead what I got was a junior bacon,exactly the opposite of what I asked. To ensure that I wasn’t charged for an incorrect item I asked for a receipt. I literally just pulled off from this location and I wish I asked the woman’s name who ran in the window who I believe is a manager, If you want the most pleasant fast food experience of your life please go to this location. It’s way too often you pull up to a fast food restaurant and I face with just disgusting attitudes and behaviors. This location will literally have you driving off with a smile on your face.

I’ve been to this location a few times now since I’ve moved to the area in December. Every time I’ve gone, they don’t have what I want to order. Today (04/30/21), they didn’t have chili, vanilla frosties , and a long list of beverages. So, I waited over a half an hour to order. I ordered two fries and two chocolate frosties (instead of vanilla), and no chili (which I wanted to redeem with my rewards). They messed up my order and it took another 20 mins for them to notice that I was still waiting there. Fast forward…The fries I got weren’t full, and the frosties I weren’t the right size. I feel like I get robbed every time I come here.
Who ever is managing this location either needs to step up their ordering game, or resign so someone better can take over.
