This pizza was dry no sauce on it and in my opinion, downright horrible!
You order online and you go to their pizza portal and put in a number and pops out your order. OK I get that. It’s fast. It’s easy you go in your order is ready. You don’t need even need to communicate with anyone. This was definitely not worth it and I don’t care if it was free. I like to think I’m usually pretty fair and reasonable and I thought well maybe I’m having a bad night and this made it worse.
Even their crazy bread was dry and hard.
Maybe it wasn’t me having a bad night maybe it was the pizza cook, because obviously something went wrong with this order. Now here’s the real question would I go back absolutely not!!!!!
Customers shouldn’t have to double-check their order just to make sure employees did their job correctly. I paid for my order and expected to receive what I actually ordered, not something completely different.
If there’s any way this can be made up for I would like to know. It’s pretty sad that after paying for my order, there’s no way to correct such a simple mistake since I’m already far. Overall this was frustrating and a waste of my money. I hope the staff pays more attention to orders in the future so this doesn’t happen to other customers. I was actually pretty hungry and hadn’t had Little Caesars in a minute, but now i had to waste these, again, VERY disappointing.

Now let some dumb ol AI reply to this review talkin bout “were so sorry to here this” ya right youve had me on a connecting call for the last 30 minutes while I’m trying to talk to a manager, what happened to the manager being in stores?? This is inexcusable
