I’m not very happy right now. We needed something fast for dinner and we decided on little Caesars pizza pizza! Isn’t that their slogan? This was definitely not good at least for me. Maybe it’s good for children because they don’t know any better What’s good pizza and what isn’t.
This pizza was dry no sauce on it and in my opinion, downright horrible!
You order online and you go to their pizza portal and put in a number and pops out your order. OK I get that. It’s fast. It’s easy you go in your order is ready. You don’t need even need to communicate with anyone. This was definitely not worth it and I don’t care if it was free. I like to think I’m usually pretty fair and reasonable and I thought well maybe I’m having a bad night and this made it worse.
Even their crazy bread was dry and hard.
Maybe it wasn’t me having a bad night maybe it was the pizza cook, because obviously something went wrong with this order. Now here’s the real question would I go back absolutely not!!!!!

I normally don’t write reviews but the quality here has seriously fallen. The crazy stuffed bread looked like someone crumbled them up in their fist before packing. The pizza crust was so uneven half was like four inches thick and extremely thin in the middle with barely any cheese.

I had a very disappointing experience at Little Caesars. I ordered specific pizzas, but when I got home I realized they gave me two completely different pizzas than what I asked for. This is a basic mistake that shouldn’t happen.

Customers shouldn’t have to double-check their order just to make sure employees did their job correctly. I paid for my order and expected to receive what I actually ordered, not something completely different.

If there’s any way this can be made up for I would like to know. It’s pretty sad that after paying for my order, there’s no way to correct such a simple mistake since I’m already far. Overall this was frustrating and a waste of my money. I hope the staff pays more attention to orders in the future so this doesn’t happen to other customers. I was actually pretty hungry and hadn’t had Little Caesars in a minute, but now i had to waste these, again, VERY disappointing.

I got a cheese pizza and when I open the box in front of the front desk I tell the lady that the pizza does not look right and how it is not pizza because of how it Looks from the dough and cheese she says oh it’s because that’s how the dough is

I tried for 40 minutes to get in touch with someone at the store to make sure the pizza’s are cooked well done I got connected to India call center multiple times tried to transfer me over nobody ever picked up and OF COURSE when the pizza’s arrived they were not cooked properly like 95% of the time at this location.. Well this is the last time for me. This location is the worst I have ever seen.

The Hispanic girl working the cash register tried to argue with me over crazy bread on multiple occasions. I have gone in multiple times requesting crazy bread an hour or two before closing time but she would refuse to make it because they were “about to close”. She has a bad attitude and tried talking back to me like I’m one of her young friends. I’m sorry but who is running this store? This girl is going to make you guys lose business because she keeps pushing customers out of the door. If it’s an hour before closing, u can definitely make it! Terrible customer service!

Ordered a pizza on line and it came to my house and it was completely burnt this place gave me a 14in hockey puck, now I’m not completely mad at the fact its burnt i know shit happens but how is an employee gonna make this pizza see how burnt it is, cut it and still box it up to be sent out to be delivered?? I would have excepted if it had to take a little longer to be replaced with a NOT BURNT PIZZA but no people are lazy and dont want to do the job they applied for and we end up with bad service like this…

Now let some dumb ol AI reply to this review talkin bout “were so sorry to here this” ya right youve had me on a connecting call for the last 30 minutes while I’m trying to talk to a manager, what happened to the manager being in stores?? This is inexcusable

Don’t order for delivery. You won’t get your full order, you get to pay all the door dash fees, and you get to wait on the phone just to get a review for a refund….not even the actual refund you are entitled to. What a joke. I will order from the good pizza places for now on. Lesson learned.
