I ordered delivery and the driver had forgotten my soda. I didn’t say anything, it was just a soda so it wasn’t a big deal. He came back about 10 minutes later and dropped my soda off! Shoutout to the driver for making sure I got all parts of my order.

The girl running the drive through window is RUDE!!! I usually don’t have any complaints with the people working here but she changed that today. I pulled up to the drive through and said I had a Doordash order and she told me to pull forward. I get to the window, she opens it, doesn’t greet me or anything and hands me my bag and drink with one hand BARELY reaching past the window so I had to stretch to grab it. She was talking to someone (I’m assuming on the phone) and didn’t say a word to me. I just drove off. She also didn’t fill my drink all the way and didn’t give me a straw. Customer service is dead.

They burn your sub here. Go to Brown st location it’s alot better and not burnt. Now they got my order wrong 4 times and finally took it back and made them make it right and they said call next time to get $10 credit. So today I call and they act like they know anything about it. This store is badly managed. And again this place can’t make a order correctly….

Ordered one chicken wrap at 12:22pm Thursday May 8, it didn’t come. I called at 1pm worried about whether the driver was okay but there was no answer, it rang and rang until it disconnected. I gave it a few minutes and tried calling back, it disconnected after ringing a long time again. I called a third time nearly an hour after ordering and got someone right away. Before mentioning anything about who I was they said they were remaking my order and it would get to me when they got to me. I gave them about another half hour and called and again nobody answered. They answered on the second call this time and I asked to cancel my order and give me my money back. They said if I get my money back it should come through Monday or Tuesday. I said to put it through and made sure they had the information they needed to cancel my order and refund it and I’ll make sure to update this review if I do actually get my money back. Horrible place. No Jimmy Johns should not be open if there are not enough people to make a simple sandwich and deliver that sandwich exactly 1/3 of a mile from their location.

Eli is amazing!! They forgot cheese on my sandwich and before I pulled off, he RAN OUTSIDE to fix my order and make my sandwich correctly. They are always so nice and attentive! Thank you Eli for going above and behind to make my sandwich correctly 🙂

I have tired this sandwich shop a couple of times since they opened. I have always ordered through the drive thru. The food is your basic sub sandwich, but their service is so slow.
I know during the pandemic we gave grace for the workers showing up, but this is ridiculous. They need to have more people working. I have waited upwards of 5 minutes to order and then another 10 mins at the window.
