Katya, Sasha, Emma, Finlay, Jodie, Tanya, Danielle and Lochie will be back with all your old favourites….. Friday & Saturday 5 – 8pm FYI Fife Council increased ground lease by 444%. This made sublease with Futtle not viable from July 1st. Futtle dissolved their business on 21st May and gave ten days notice to staff and landlord.

Amazing food, I recommend the Vietnamese fish kebab, it was amazing, tender, full of flavour and not overcooked! The scallops were so fresh. We are sitting in one of the tables outdoor under the porch admiring the coast. This is a very special place.

Mostly this a note on reservations. I looked at the website multiple times, and it looked like they were only required for dinner. But when we showed up for lunch, they said it was reservation only. We ate in the outside area. It was ok weather, so it was still a nice lunch. The food is very tasty. But it would have been more pleasant to eat inside. (There’s a lot of seaweed flies outside.) I peaked upstairs before and after our meal, the inside dining room was half empty both times. So it wasn’t so much a matter of being fully booked. I think it’s more that the reservation is just required to sit inside. So long story short — make reservations for lunch. I think you will enjoy it much more.

We got great weather and enjoy our seat outside. However the food standard didn’t match the expectation or price. With the fish and chips we were served oven processed chips, we were told after complaining they had ran out of hand cut chips during lunch service.
If we had been told before ordering we would have definitely changed the order. We were still charged full price for both our fish and chips which was disappointing and poor service.
As you can see below we also had the scallop starter which was £15 for 2 scallops

Delightful lunch at the East Pier Smokehouse today. As we had our pooch with us we were seated in the gazebo – an fab location overlooking the waves.
We had starters, main course and dessert – all of which were delicious. Our servers were young and friendly, nothing too much trouble. The atmosphere was relaxed and informal – the perfect lunch, can’t wait to return.

We came for lunch and the food was lovely.
We had the mackerel pate and the roasted octopus – amazing!
For mains we had the whole Lobster Thermidor with chips and smoked king prawns . The taste was unique on the smoked prawns but the Asian dip was nice .
It gets busy so always best to book as they do not take walk ins x
The staff are attentive and very friendly x

This place is just fantastic. The food ranges from fresh local seafood to some meat dishes and some lovely simple desserts. The way they smoke the seafood here is very unique because it can range from a light touch to some a little heavier. The Hake is one of my personal favorites alongside the scallops. The Sea Bass as well is quite marvelous. My favorite way of ending a meal here is the new Ukrainian apple pie (more of a cake) with cream and strawberries.

Local owners who care about their customers and staff. Delicious food with a beautiful view. The definition of five stars.

This is really a one of a kind resteraunt complete with such a unique location, view, menu, fresh local food and dining experience. It really topped all our expectations and made this one of the best parts of our trip to St Monans. We had the scallops, Parma and Goat Cheese pizza, Sea Bass, and goey chocolate cake. We can’t say enough amazing things about how unique and simply amazing the food and this experience was.
