We had a great experience at Smashed. We were a party of four and found the service to be excellent from our waitress (Nyla) to the Bartender (Alina) to the cook (Jake) to the Manager (Megan). The drinks and the food were excellent. We would definitely return when in the area.

The burgers are great, however the service is terrible which to me means, the management is at least as bad.
We’ve given them several opportunities to improve but won’t be returning. On our recent visit, and based on past experiences, our expectations were already low. This will be our last visit as it reached a new low. Business wasn’t slow but they were not busy either. My wife, 2 grandkids and myself sat for 50 minutes without anyone stopping by our table after being seated. My wife decided to walk up to the bar to ask for 4 glasses of water. About 7 or 8 minutes later, we got the water but the waitress said she would be back soon to take our order. About 15 minutes passed and she returned with an attitude. No idea why but when it was all said and done, we spent south of 2 hours to grab some lunch. My wife loves burgers and I like them too, but not not that much.

The burgers were amazing! The menu provided various options from burgers, pizza, chicken chesapeake, pasta…pretty much anything you could want! I also got the crush on George drink which was soooo good. Great experience and we’ll definitely be adding this to our “must visit rotation” while we’re visiting OC. Highly recommend!

No complaints about this establishment @ west ocean city!! Fast, friendly and attentive staff. We got there shortly before closing time with a table for 6(4 kids)and the staff was very kind with no attitude, we ordered 2 pizzas one being the “Steak Rancher” DELICIOUS would highly recommend! We also ordered the ahi tuna poke special appetizer topped with seaweed all sitting on a bed of lightly fried pineapple drizzled with balsamic YUUMMM! Great food great service.

Went there around 6 pm, seated almost immediately. Waited at the table for 26 minutes before a server even came to our table. We ordered and took almost 20 minutes to get the meal. The food was good but nothing that would warrant my return

The manager Jason and his exceptional team are the BEST. Food, service, drinks all were top-notch! We recently hosted a private event for a surprise birthday party, the team was so helpful and accommodating in planning and day of services. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location and team to anyone for a private event or just a casual outing.
