I never leave reviews positive or negative but I have gone to this bojangles many times and it’s never a good experience. I placed an order in the drive thru and paid and was told to park for just a minute. 22 minutes later I went inside to ask what the hold up was. I will say there was 3 employees who were apologetic and seemed to care, one rolled her eyes. But I stood there inside waiting 5-7 minutes before I got my food. It was just not a good experience and then I got home and I ordered the chicken and rice bowl and there is some sausage like meat in it. I will not be returning.

We ordered the twenty piece family meal only to get home and the biscuits were horrible couldn’t even eat them the chicken tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours was tough and tasted like rubber. What a waste of $60

Absolutely the worst service ever. Had to wait on a online order. Once I got there went thru drive thru didn’t ask my name didn’t ask anything. Was told to park an wait as if I 23re bothering them an they would bring my food to me. I would up waiting at a minimum 45 minutes on a order as I stated that was called in hoping to avoid waiting
Then they try to bring something that was not at all what I had ordered an then stayed they had given my order away NOT AR ALL DOD THEY TRY TO COMPENSATE FOR MY TIME NO DISCOUNT NOTHING. NOT EVEN A SORRY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I ordered my food at the register at 11:35, four biscuits, one Supreme and a breakfast bowl. It took them 30 MINUTES to put the order together and another 10 minutes just to move the order to the counter.That being said there were only two or three cars in the drive thru so that was not the issue. It’s very clear that the employees who work here have absolutely NO sense of urgency, except for the one older lady who ran the register. That was the worst service I have ever had at any of the bojangles locations I have ever been too. I wish I had looked at the reviews before wasting my time here. I hope the owner of this establishment takes a long hard look at who they employ if said owner wants to keep getting business.

I was there today and waited in the inside line for almost 30 minutes to place my order. The lady in the front was working hard and very professional. I walked over and got my drink… That is when I realized why the wait was so long. 4 employess at 12:30 (prime luch time) standing around talking. I proceeded to wait for another approximately 20 minutes when I heard it was going to be another 5 minutes before my sandwich was cooked… not prpared and ready, just cooked. After hearing this, I told the hardworking woman upfront to just give my food to someone else because I had to leave. 1 Star for food, because I was not able to get it. 1 Star for service due to the lazy employees in the back. 3 stars for atmosphere as I do not expect a fastfood place to have great atmosphere. Fastfood with a short line should not even come close to taking this long. I never leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with this experience. To the woman up front, I wish I could give you a 5 star review, but, for everything else, I would not recomend at all. I will not be returning. It was woth the $13 loss to learn this lesson.

I placed a to-go curbside order 10 minutes before arriving, parked, clicked that I had arrived on the app, and continued to wait as I counted over 17 cars place their order in the drive-thru, get their food, and drive away. I finally went inside and they had just left my order sitting on the counter in the back. I just feel like the curbside service shouldn’t be provided if someone isn’t taking orders out to people. My food was great though!

What a sad day to be a bojangles lover. That whole restaurant was just the filthy and gross, the employees was rude and disrespectful or just straight up doing anything and everything except for working, my biscuits was close to being burnt plus in the wrong box, they forgot the mashed potatoes so we had to go back in to get them after they angrily swore they put everything in the bag, we got ripped off on chicken, AND there was a nice beautiful crispy loose hair with crumbs on it sticking in/on my chicken. A black hair or dark hair to be exact. Such a shame one of the few busiest places in liberty is complete garbage now. These workers just don’t care no more. Stop hiring all these kids & lazy adults!!!

This store is suffering badly! I’ve never had a good experience here. Service has been terrible, food is often overcooked or sat too long under the lamp. Management needs to get this place together or give it up. Location is too good to have such bad service!

Came this morning for breakfast and there was a little line but not awful. Ordered 3 meals with medium cheerwines. Lady hands us a drink that was literally dripping off the cup. Asked for a napkin to wipe off before putting it in car and she looks at me like I have a 3rd eye and just pushed the cup at me. 2nd cup was ok and 3rd cup was dripping. We get our food and missing the fork for the gravy biscuits. Didn’t bother asking for that, lord knows that might have been to much to ask for.

Dirty, no tea in the canisters, girls in the back being best friends and having a great time, while people are waiting for their food. Stood there for a while before anyone started making my food. But the drive through was getting theirs… wasted my lunch break here.
